In 21st century,the society's progress was affected by energy crisis and environmental crisis.Light-Emitting Diode?LED?,due to the merit of energy conservation,environmental protection and long lifetime,have been applied in many areas like floodlight,display,pilot lamp.Currently,LED generally uses low voltage,high current DC drive,and the transmission of high voltage AC power is used in the transmission of power grid.Therefore,the switching device of AC-DC rectifier is needed.However,rectifier conversion device will increase the power loss and the complexity of product design and shorten the lamp life.One solution is to use AC-LED to make the product's design simple,high efficient and long life.At present,AC-LED uses traditional LED fluorescent powder.When the voltage is less than the threshold voltage of the chip,it resulting in the periodic bright dark bright stroboscopic of LED,and the long-term stroboscopic will cause damage to the human vision and nervous system.In order to solve this problem,we can make use of afterglow to make up for LED's short extinguishing and reduce the harm caused by stroboscopic to human health.In this paper,yellow-green phosphor of Y2-xMAlxGa4-xSiO12:xCe3+?M=Ba,Mg,Ca,Sr?was synthesised.The Sintered temperature,the concentration of Ce3+and the radio of displacing ion for luminescence property was explored systematically.Finally,the phosphor was encapsulated by PiG?Phosphor-in-Glass?,and otained the following results:?1?The temperature of synthesis and the concentration of Ce3+can't change the crystal structure;?2?Lattice coefficient and crystal defect will increase with increasimg of the substituted ions of Ga3+;?3?The fluorescence property of the phosphor is decrease after 1400?,the crystallinity is the highest,the grain diameter is the largest and uniform in this temperature;?4?The fluorescence property of the phosphor will decrease after the concentration of Ce3+reaching 2mol%;?5?The concentration of Ga3+determining the color,light intensity and fluorescent lifetime.The emission is blue-shift with the concerntration increase;?6?The phosphor maching is with the low temperature glass,and it is evenly distributed on the glass plate.PiG excitation by blue light the phosphor shows stronger yellow-green fluorescent and green fluorescent lifetime,it can make up for the dark cycle of AC-LED and weaken stroboscopic.
