Heavy metal ions generally refer to heavy metal elements such as cadmium,chromium and lead.With the rapid development of the economy,industrial activities such as mining,processing,and smelting have increased,and harmful heavy metals have entered people's living environment,causing pollution to the atmosphere,water,and soil.Frequent outbreaks of heavy metal pollution have caused great concern in the public health field,the broad masses of the people and the whole society.Therefore,there is an urgent need for highly sensitive,accurate and rapid on-site detection of heavy metal ions.The electrochemical method based heavy metal detection has the characteristics of high sensitivity,fast detection speed and accurate detection.Therefore,this paper develops a portable electrochemical detection hardware platform based on cyclic voltammetry.The designed hardware platform can be applied to electrochemical power analysis and environment.Testing,medicine and other fields.This paper presents the hardware platform circuit and system software design.The paper first introduces the concept of heavy metal pollution and the source of heavy metals.After analyzing and comparing various detection methods,it is concluded that electrochemical methods have a good advantage in detecting trace heavy metal ions,and electrochemical detection methods are analyzed.Current status of research at home and abroad.Secondly,according to the basic principle of electrochemical detection,the overall design of the electrochemical detection platform,including hardware circuit and software system design.The hardware circuit includes the minimum system of the microcontroller,the excitation signal source circuit,the potentiostat circuit,the 480*800 liquid crystal display circuit,and the verilog hardware description language design of the FPGA.Software systems include operating system migration,underlying hardware driver programming,application development,algorithm processing,and more.Finally,the designed hardware platform function and circuit performance index were tested,and electrochemical tests were carried out with potassium ferricyanide solution(K3[Fe(CN)6])and ferrocene solution(C10H10Fe).The test results show that the performance indicators such as excitation signal,scanning rate and detection sensitivity of the designed hardware detection platform can meet the needs of electrochemical detection.
