Research On Enterprise Value Evaluation Based On EVA

With the continuous development of economy,the management objectives of enterprises are also evolving,and managers prefer the management objectives of enterprise value maximization.The measurement of enterprise value becomes more and more important with the emphasis on the goal of enterprise value maximization,and the evaluation method of enterprise value is constantly improved and updated.The measurement index based on enterprise value gradually evolves from profit maximization to shareholder wealth maximization.The pursuit of maximization of shareholder wealth is in line with the goal of shareholders' investment in enterprises,and also conducive to the realization of corporate social responsibility.This paper takes zhongzhi group company as the research object,and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on EVA value assessment method,so as to further understand the evolution history and development status of EVA value assessment method at home and abroad as well as its application in different industries,laying a theoretical foundation for this paper.At the same time,this article through the financial figures released by the group company,the company's profit ability,operation ability,solvency and growth capacity is analyzed,the treat group company in the whole financial analysis,and then using the EVA model to analyze the enterprise value calculation,in the process involves the adjustment of the accounting data items,such as in the process of calculated after-tax operating profit will non-recurring profit and loss,development expenditure,interest payments by synthetically considering all kinds of subjects such as,finally it is concluded that the calculation of treated group enterpriseeconomic value added value,and compare the actual stock's closing price,Group enterprise be controlled so as to determine the value of a currency is undervalued or overvalued,and existing disadvantages to use EVA method and Suggestions to improve in the future,in order to the enterprise value assessment method provides Suggestions for improvement and perfect,thus providing a reasonable reference for investors to choose the investment direction indicator,and perfecting the enterprise capital structure for manager,improve enterprise value direction.
