With the economic globalization and the rapid expansion of the world's population,increasingly environmental problems caused by a huge amount of energy consumption gradually attract people's attention,global climate change caused by the concentration of carbon dioxide rises in the atmosphere is urgent.As a large energy consuming country,China is responsible for energy conservation and emission reduction.Our commitment:Chinese carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP in 2030 will drop 60%?65%than in 2005.As a national pillar industry,the construction industry has a very high rate of economic contribution to the country.But in its development process,it always uses huge energy consumption to exchange for economic growth in a "Maniacal"development method.Therefore,this paper within the construction industry scope targeted to carry out energy-saving emission reduction measures,explore the internal mechanism of carbon emissions caused by construction industry and its economic growth,make the development of the construction industry meet environment friendly society under the background of green energy.And provides some reasonable suggestions on how to ensure economic growth decreased under the energy consumption.This paper is based on the existing research at home and abroad.First at all,define calculation method of carbon emissions of construction and compare five methods of calculation method,but according to the reality,using the emission coefficient method is a effective way.In accordance with the actual measurement results of the average of ten years,we divide 30 provinces into high row area,middle row area and the low area,to provide a reasonable research framework.Secondly,in the empirical study on the trend of two variables,according to the long-term or short-term trends,Kuznets curve theory and TAPIO decoupling elasticity theory are adopted respectively.In the study of long-term trend,the high row area is currently in the decline phase of "N" type EKC curve,two turning points occurred respectively in 2007 and 2012;The middle area is in the in the rising phase of "U" type EKC curve,the turning point occurred between 2019?2020.The low area is in the rising phase of "U" type EKC curve,but the turning point compared to the middle area occurred lately,respectively between 2023?2024.In the study of short-term trend,the high row area is gradually to the decoupling state,the middle row area is gradually away from the decoupling state;The low row area occurred several decoupling states in three areas,but the regularity is not strong.Thirdly,the Logaruthmic Mean Divisia Index method is used to analyze the impact of energy structure,energy intensity,industrial scale and indirect carbon dioxide emissions on carbon dioxide emissions in construction industry.The results show that the influence of the direction of effect of energy consumption structure is positive,the degree of influence is small;The energy intensity effect caused high row area to reduce carbon dioxide emissions,and in the row area it did not inhibit;No matter in which area,industrial scale effect of the industry is a mainly promoting factors,and the influence and effect is directly proportional to the regional economic development.Indirect carbon dioxide emissions effect vary from region to region,the influence is inversely proportional to regional economic development,the regularity is opposite to the industrial scale effect.Finally,combined with the existing research results,in order to improve the energy saving emission reduction and promote the green development of construction industry,from the perspective of government and industry,put forward relevant adjustment suggestions.This study creatively according to different regional use comparative analysis,helpful to realize the different areas develop relevant policies in accordance with its own regional characteristics to achieve healthy and sustainable development,to achieve economic,social and environmental benefits,and to promote the construction industry development mode change,realize the comprehensive economic level increase with important practical significance.
