With the improvement of people's living standards,the environmental protection of products will be more and more concerned and valued by more people.At present,air pollution is still one of the ills of China's governance,especially the actual state of PM2.5 announced in 2012.After the changes in the numerical values and monitoring data,it has attracted the attention of the national government and the people.The serious smog in China mainly occurs in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding areas.These places are directly caused by a large number of distribution centers for steel,glass and coking industries.The air is heavily polluted,and these heavily polluting enterprises rely heavily on dust collectors to reduce dust pollution during use.Pulse bag filters are widely used because of their good dust removal effect,long life of filter bags,and ease of management and maintenance.Coal mine,coking,steel and petrochemical dust removal fields,from the transfer,crushing and screening of coal mines and iron ore in the process of coking,ferroalloy,iron making and steel making.The working principle of the pulse bag filter is that the dust passes through a special filter medium to filter the particles of dust.The filter medium mainly collects the coarse powder particles under the collision of inertia,and the fine powder particles mainly rely on screening and diffusion.However,during the operation of the pulse bag type dust collector,some troubles may occur due to the mechanical,electrical,structural and other reasons of the dust collector itself.The frequent occurrence of these faults has led to a decrease in the use of the dust collector,and the discharge of the dust collector has exceeded the standard,which has increased environmental pollution,and these problems have been plaguing users.This paper starts with the general situation of the dust collector,the operation principle of the dust remover,and analyzes various factors that cause the dust removal effect to decrease.A large number of diagnostic analysis is carried out for common faults of pulse bag type dust collectors.Combined with the actual fault state at the site,the data flow distribution of the dust collector box,the cleaning system blowing pipe,the dust collecting hood and the Mars trap are fully analyzed and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is performed.The simulation software simulates and finds the design defects of these parts,and proposes an improved scheme.Finally,the improvement scheme was applied to the reforming scheme of coal charging and coke dust removal system in coking plant,which effectively improved the deficiencies in the design of the previous dust removal system.After the technical transformation of the system was completed,the working efficiency of the dust collector was significantly improved.And the safety performance during the operation of the system is guaranteed.
