| With the advancement of science and technology in China,BIM technology has been accepted by more and more construction practitioners as an important means to improve engineering design,construction and management.However,in China’s petrochemical industry,there are not many BIM technologies,and BIM technology is lacking in the research of oil pipeline construction.In the construction drawing,the marking of the pipe weld is a means for the flaw detection technician to locate the weld,and is an important step in the construction of the oil pipeline.Based on Revit,this paper mainly studies the secondary development and optimization layout algorithm of pipe weld automatic labeling plug-in,and combines engineering case to verify the feasibility and applicability of automatic labeling plug-in for pipe weld.The main research contents and research results are as follows:An automatic labeling algorithm for pipe welds based on Revit is proposed.First,write a form function,in which you can set the start label of a weld and pipe weld every regular length of pipe.Then convert the pipe to MEP Curve and select the beginning of the pipe to be labeled.Traverse the pipe connector from the beginning of the pipe and determine the length of the pipe,automatically adding a weld every 8meters.Then determine the type of component connected to the pipe,and put all the connectors of the component into the iterator to iterate until all the connectors are traversed completely.Each time a weld is identified,a label is placed at the corresponding position,and the pipe weld number is automatically increased by one to finally realize the automatic labeling function of the pipe weld.An improved simulated annealing algorithm is proposed to optimize the overlap of labels.First,establish a corresponding mathematical model,set the criteria for overlapping,that is,the method of judging the overlap of labels.Then develop an objective function to determine the coding form of the solution.Set the initial temperature T of the simulated annealing,the termination temperature Tmin,and the number of iterations at each temperature,and add a termination condition.The annealing process is also terminated if the system has not been cooled for four consecutive times without the solution that meets the system requirements.Finally,by programming the program to achieve optimal placement of the label,reducing the probability of label overlap.Combined with the engineering example,the BIM model of the filtration plant was established,and the problems of Revit in the modeling of the oil pipeline were analyzed.Through the application of collision detection,pipeline optimization,engineering quantity statistics,construction schedule simulation,etc.,the application points of BIM technology in oil pipeline construction are studied,and the BIM technology based on Revit is verified by the automatic labeling plug-in of pipeline weld.Applicability in the construction of oil pipelines. |
