As actuation materials of accurate actuation system,the intelligent magnetostrictive material or shape memory alloy have arisen more and more attention for their outstanding micro-deformation properties.However,limited by their material properties and actuation mechanism,the intelligent material has disadvantages as small actuation distance,low actuation force,low frequency response.Therefore,their applications focus on low frequency vibration control.In this thesis,by referring to the magntostrictive actuation mechanism,a new type silica gel-magnetic rotor direct-drive actuation stage is designed using direct-drive theory.The rotating ellipsoid magnet is used for actuation in the place of magnetic domain in magnetostrictive material,and the traditional vibration isolation material silica-gel is used for passive vibration control.The theoretical study,systematical design and performance test are accomplished.The large distance actuation is realized.The content of this thesis include:(1)Study of electric-magnetic-mechanic coupled model.The geometric analyze of magnetic rotor’s rotation is accomplished 。 The electric-magnetic constitutive relation is established using equivalent circuit model and equivalent charge model.Using geometric analyze,Hamilton theory and Lagrangian equations,the coupled constitutive model of direct-drive actuation stage is derived.(2)Actuation stage design based on constitutive model.Theexpressions of the actuation stage’s kinetic parameters are derived from constitutive mode.The optimized approach is set.The design plans of actuation stage are accomplished.By comparing several silica gel-magnetic rotor designs,the optimized one is applied to design the direct-drive actuation stage.(3)Prototype fabrication and open loop test.The fabrication and assemble of actuation stage prototype is accomplished.The open loop test system is established.Various kinematic parameters,passive vibration isolation effect and open loop vibration control are tested.The parameter identification of constitutive model is carried out and proves the reliability of model.
