Cyanide is not only widely used in social production, but also widely exists in nature.Cyanide is highly toxic,so it is very important to develop chemical sensors that can recognize cyanide ions with high selectivity. In this paper, three novel fluorescent probes are designed based on the intramolecular charge transfer?ICT?to achieve the specific detection of cyanide ions in water systems. The specific research work is as follow:?1?A colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent probe HNB was synthesized based on intramolecular charge transfer?ICT?.In DMSO-H2O?1: 1 v / v,HEPES,p H = 7.4?,HNB with selectivity and sensitivity for detecting hydrogen ions, and the detection limit was found to be 4.43×10-8 M.Confocal fluorescence images demonstrate that the probe HNB can not only penetrate cells to target mitochondria, but also achieve detection of CN- in cells. In addition, the probe HNB could be used as a test strip for a quick detection of cyanide.?2?A new NIR fluorescent probe BTC was synthesized from benzothiazole derivatives and 4-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde for the specific detection of cyanide ions in DMSO-H2O?2: 3 v / v,HEPES,p H= 7.4?.The detection mechanism depends on the nucleophilic addition of cyanide ions to the fluorescent probe to result in a visible color change from dark blue to colorless. It was found that probe BTC could sensitively detect cyanide ions with a detection limit of 1.86×10-8M.The probe BTC was uesd as a test strips able to recognize cyanide in aqueous media.?3?A lysosome-targeted fluorescent sensor based on intramolecular charge transfer?ICT?was developed for the selective sensing of CN-.Morpholine as a good water-soluble group, provides good conditions for the detection of CN- in the water system.
