In recent years,coordination polymer?CP?have inherent topology and some potential properties,such as ion exchange,magnetism,fluorescence detection,gas separation,and optical material,and so on.In this paper,two semi-rigid triphenyl polycarboxylic acid ligands were successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal method with transition metals?Zn?II?,Cd?II?,Co?II?,Ni?II??and lanthanide.Twenty-six coordination polymers were characterized,and all structures were characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction,IR,PXRD,EA,and TGA.In addition,the properties of the d10 layer and the Ln metal as fluorescent probes were studied in detail,and the ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic coupling interactions between atoms in cobalt and nickel complexes were analyzed.1.Five novel coordination polymers?CPs?,formulated as [Cd??3-Hcpboda??1,4-bib?]n?1?,{[Cd3??4-cpboda?2??1,1-OH2?2?phen?2]·2DMF·1.5H2O}n?2?,[Zn?Hcpboda??H2O??phen?]n?3?,[[Zn3??4-cpboda?2??2-H2O?2?DMF?2?H2O?2]·3DMF·3HCOOH·3H2O]n?4?and [Zn?Hcpboda??2,2-bipy??H2O?]2?5??H3cpboda= 3,3'-??5-carboxy-1,3-phenylene?bis?oxy??dibenzoic acid,2,2?-bpy=2,2?-bipyridine,phen =1,10-phenanthroline and 1,4-bib =1,4bisimidazole benzene?have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions.Studies on the fluorescence properties of complexes 1-5,the results showed that the anions Cr2O72-/Cr O42-Can cause fluorescence quenching of complexes.Compared to other complexes,the quenching effect of complex 4 is better.The luminescence quenching mechanism of the collisions between the Cr2O72-/Cr O42-anions and the frameworks dissipated the energy in the course of energy transmission,and finally lead to fluorescence quenching.2.Seven new coordination polymers were successfully constructed with the ligands H3 cpboda and the second ligand?1,4-bib =1,4bisimidazole benzene,2,2?-bipy=2,2?-bipyridine and phen=1,10 –phenanthroline?with Co?II?and Ni?II?metals.Its structural formula are {[Co3??4-cpboda?2??1,1-OH2?2?2,2bipy?2]·1.5DMF·2H2O}n?6?, {[Co3??3-cpboda?2?4,4?-bpy?3?H2O?2]·4H2O}n?7?,{[Co??2-H2cpboda?2?1,4-bib?3?H2O?2]·H2O·DMF·1.5HCOOH}n?8?,{[Co3??4-cpboda?2?phen?2??2-H2O?2]·2C2H7N·4H2O}n?9?,[[Ni3??4-cpboda?2??2-H2O?2?DMF?2?H2O?2]·3DMF·2HCOOH·2H2O]n?10?,[[Ni3??3-cpboda?2?1,4-bib?5?H2O?2]·DMF]n?11?,{[Ni3??4-cpboda?2?phen?2??2-H2O?2]·1.5DMF·3H2O}n?12?,Complexes 6,9,10 and 12 have the same linear trinuclear structure [R3??1,1-OH2?2??1,3-COO?4]?R= Co?II?,Ni?II??,and the four coordination polymers are two-dimensional structures with?32·4?2?32·83·9?2?34·42.82·94·103?topology.The difference between these four complexes lies in the different metal ions or the second ligand.Complexes 7 and 11 both belong to a three-dimensional network structure,and 8 is a two-dimensional layered structure with a high porosity?23.3%?.Interestingly,Weak antiferromagnetism is in all cobalt complexes.However,Complexes 10 and 12 are trinuclear nickel structures with weak ferromagnetic interactions between nickel and nickel.As for complex 11,the distance between nickel and nickel atoms is relatively long,and its magnetic properties are relatively weak,so there is no specific discussion.3.Ln–CPs?[Ln?cpboda??DMF?2-x?HCOOH?x]n?Ln?III?= Ce3+,Pr3+,Nd3+,Sm3+,Eu3+,Gd3+,Tb3+,Dy3+,& Ho3+?have been prepared by solvothermal methods using a H3 cpboda in existence of Ln?NO3?3.All compounds of the family in lanthanide coordination polymers are isomorphic structures crystallized that they have the same 2D network based on binuclear Ln?III?units exhibiting a?43?2?46·66·83?topology.The Tb-CP were identified by solvents and anions.It was found that The Tb-CP were relatively stable in aqueous solution.Further study,the Tb-CP is the highest efficient luminescent sensor of coordinate polymer for sensing PO43-and detection limit is 4.94×10-8 M?0.0105 ppm?.4.Five 3D network Ln3+ metal-organic frameworks?Ln-MOFs?formulated as [[Ln??6-H2cpboda???2-OH2?2]·x H2O]n [Ln3+ = La3+,Nd3+,Sm3+,Eu3+,Tb3+,H5 cpboda =5,5'-??5-carboxy-1,3-phenylene?bis?oxy??diisophthalic acid]?have been synthesized via hydrothermal method.All compounds are isostructural with three-dimensional structures of the point symbol of?413·62??48·66·8?in topology.Interestingly,Tb-MOF is a rare and versatile fluorescent probe to aspartic acid,Fe3+ cations and DMSO simultaneously.
