In this paper,four ligands were synthesized,they are the semi-rigid ether oxygen with low symmetry of dicarboxylic acid ligands.Twelve CPs based on these semirigid carboxylate ligands,various N-donor ligands and transition metal ions have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions.In order to understand these CPs completely,IR,single crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction?PXRD?,elemental analysis,and thermogravimetric studies have been carried out.Moreover,At the same time,the properties of these complexes also have been investigated,such as solid/liquid fluorescent and ultraviolet,magnetic properties.1.Two coordination polymers have been successfully obtained,namely,[Ag2?H3cpp??4,4?-bipy???3-OH?]n?1?,[Zn3?cpp?2?bpe?2?H2O?2]n?2?,where H3cpp=3-?3-carboxyphenoxy?phthalic acid,bipy=4,4'-bipyridine,bpe=1,2-?4-pyridyl?ethylene.Complexes 1 possess a three-dimensional?3D?structure with topology symbol of?63.83?4?86?,2 is a trapezoid one dimensional structure.In addition,The adsorbed degradation of dye was explored of complexes 1,it is found that complexes1 has selective adsorption of methyl orange.It also carried out the fluorescent properties of compound 2,suggested that compounds 2 possess fluorescence detection through the quenching effect of Fe3+in solution.2.[Co3?cmp?2?dpb?3?H2O?8·4H2O]n?3?,[Co3?cmp?2?dpb?2?H2O?8·2H2O]n?4?[Cd2?cmp??bimp?2]n?9?was synthesized used H3cmp?4-?4-carboxy-2-methoxy phenoxy?phthalic acid?and dpb?1,4-di?pyridin-4-yl?benzene?.Complexes 3 is built by hydrogen bonds,finally,exhibiting a 3D supramolecular structure,4 is a 3 D structure,9 is a three-dimensional network with right-handed screw axis 21.Meanwhile,the magnetic properties of complex 3 are studied,found that between adjacent Co?II?center in 3 existed antiferromagnetic interactions and it performed a outstanding selectivity catalytic degradation of methyl orange.9 has been chosen as fluorescent probes to sense different metal ions,showing the obviously selective response to Fe3+ion through luminescence quenching.3.Four novel coordination polymers,namely[Co3?cpa?2?bimp?3]n?5?,[Co3?cpa?2?bibp?3·H2O]n?6?,[Ni3?cpa?2?bibp?3·4H2O]n?7?,[Cd3?cpa?2?bibp?3]n?8?have been obtained by employing a tricarboxylate ligand?H3cpa?,where H3cpa=3-?4-carboxy-2-methoxyphenoxy?phthalicacid,bimp=1,4-di?1H-imidazol-1-yl?benze ne,bibp=4,4'-di?1H-imidazol-1-yl?-1,1'-biphenyl.Single crystal X-ray analysis reveals that complex 5-8 all exhibits a 3D framework,Therein,6-8 are homomorphic configuration.About properties,5 and 6 between adjacent Co?II?center exists an antiferromagnetic interaction,nevertheless,7 represent weak ferromagnetic exchange interactions in Ni?II?atoms.Beside,the solid fluorescence properties of compound 8was researched.4.Complex 10-12,namely[Co?pmb??bibp?]n?10?,[Co?pmb??bibp?]n?11?,have been built by a dicarboxylate ligand?H2pmb?and N-containing ligand,where H2pmb=4-?4-carboxyphenoxy?-3-methoxybenzoic acid,Complex 10 is constructed of a 3D,8-fold interpenetrated nets with a?4·62?2?42·62·82?topology.whereas compound 11 has a 2D framework with sql/Shubnikov tetragonal plane net topology,then extend into a 3D supermolecule framework via?…?interaction.Magnetic behaviors for compounds 10 and 11 have been performed,reveal that predominant antiferromagnetic exchange interactions in Co?II?atoms,Furthermore,decomposition of methylene blue,rhodamine B,and methyl orange have also been investigated in detail for complexes 10 and 11,10 has a more excellent decomposition of methyl orange than 11.
