G30 Fault block is a lithologic-structural reservoir. Its prominent geological features include big difference in property distribution between plane regions, high reservoir temperature, and high oil/water viscosity ration, rapid increase of water cut in well after successful development by water injection, and significant contradiction between injection and production interlayer contradiction. The reservoirs are at the late high water-cut stage The remaining oil distribution is more scattered and complicated. The study on the remaining oil in small reservoir as a unit impossibly meets the need for development of remaining oil Thus,it is very urgent to study the law of remaining oil distribution in single sand body under fine geological studyBased on three-dimensional geological model for high water cut sandstone reservoir and comprehensive study on numerical simulation of reservoir, the remaining oil distribution law of the studied area was studied in consideration of reservoir development performance in this paper.Based on single sand bed subdivision,a three-dimensional geological model for single sand body in reservoir was created by the single sand body modeling method,i.e three-dimensional earthquake exploration and hierarchy data for drilling, the layer construct model was created for the studied area first, then the single sand body model was created according to the restrictions of the construct model and sand body plane view, and finally the parameter models for porosity, permeability, saturation, etc.were created by using the multi-parameter collaboration and hierarchical restriction method under the single sand body model restriction conditions. The comparison with traditional random modeling results, the single sand body modeling method used in this paper was longitudinally restricted by sandstone and mudstone so that the model was more consistent with geological knowledge of fault block G30;Based on geological model for single sand body, numerical simulation and detailed historical fitting were performed for fault block G30,and remaining oil in single sand body was quantitatively described;Based on the production performance and oil monitoring data, the remaining oil was qualitatively analyzed by studying the water and remaining oil distribution law;The remaining oil distribution model for single sand body was created by quantitative description and qualitative analysis; The plan for reservoir development was proposed by understanding the remaining oil distribution and enrichment location in order to provide a strong support for further enhancement of the oil recovery and improvement of the development effect.
