The single well measurement in oil field is one of the most important and cumbersome basic work in each field of oil field measurement.The accuracy of the measurement directly affects the authenticity,accuracy and reliability of the first hand data,thus affecting the rational development and deployment of the oil field and the economic benefits.At present,Shengli Oilfield mainly adopts the new way of measuring oil with indicator diagram,and calculates the output of oil well according to the effective displacement of the oil well pump,but it can not accurately measure gas production.According to the gas production can not accurately measure the problem,this paper proposes a tubular high-precision and high-precision oil well volume measuring device that integrates the measurement of cyclone,trachea and Wenqiu according to the requirements of the field demand,the working principle of the whole machine and the requirements of the technological process.According to the multi-phase flow tube internal separation technology,the gas liquid separation and the gas volume measurement scheme are determined.At the same time,the overall design of the gas-liquid cyclone is completed.Through theoretical research,the number,thickness and angle of the swirler of the cyclone in the gas-liquid separation unit were determined.se SolidWorks software to virtualize the physical object of the gas-liquid separation device,and use Fluent software to establish a numerical simulation model of the cyclone tube.By means of the pressure balance equation,the liquid level height under different conditions is solved,and a complete method for calculating the internal liquid level of the gas and liquid separation metering device is formed.Research on performance test device in Shengli oil field of gas-liquid separation and measurement device design structures of the prototype based on the experimental study on measured error,pressure loss,repeatability,performance comparison,industrial control software,the design meet the requirements of the measurement index,structure reliability.
