The Y reservoir in X region is a low permeability and severely heterogeneous conglomerate reservoir,which was discovered and developed in 1959.At present,the reservoir has entered the high water cut stage,in which the reservoir suffered from poor well condition and severe well point loss.The completeness of the Y1 pattern is only 54%,and the completeness of the Y2 pattern is 61%.The situation of reservoir injection became worse,and the development degree decreased.The contradiction of horizontal and vertical section was prominent,and the injection and production were difficult to control,which caused the decrease of oil production rate.The purpose of this article is to prepare the two reservoir development plans using the fine reservoir description technology.The first step is to complete the reservoir structure,sedimentary characteristics,fine description of reservoir characteristcs and the reconstruction of underground system.Focusing on the fine description of single sand body and reservoir spatial distribution characteristics,we can reknew the scale of the sand body,the connection between layers and the development of interlayers.Then based on the historical production data and test data,we comprehensively evaluated the effectiveness of the reservoir development,summarized the development rules,and guided the optimization of the secondary development plan.The scale,type and spatial distribution characteristics of the remaining oil were qualitatively and quantitatively studied by numerical simulation,reservoir engineering method and dynamic analysis,and the potential area for the secondary development adjustment was pointed out.At the same time,reservoir secondary development plan,reasonable well pattern density,reasonable well spacing and single well production capacity,development well type were analyzed using many different methods.The results show that the residual reserve is large and is mainly enriched in the main layer,and the reasonable well pattern is inverted seven spot well pattern,and the reasonable well spacing is 200-250 m.Finally,the well pattern thickening plan is designed and optimized.
