Study On The Technology Of Non-separate Gas Gathering In Kelamili Gas Field

Natural gas is a clean,convenient and high calorific value fuel.It plays an important role in world energy.According to the characteristics of natural gas,natural gas can be divided into pure gas reservoir,condensate gas reservoir and oil field gas.The transportation of condensate gas is different from the single phase transportation of gas or liquid.It will appear condensation or retrograde condensation with the change of temperature and pressure.Due to the influence of gas reservoir conditions,the gas flow rate,gas liquid content and oil / water ratio of condensate gas will fluctuate in varying degrees in the process of transportation,as well as the influence of the environment factors such as the uncertainty of the ground and the long transportation distance and so on,resulting in the fluctuation of the water holding rate and the amount of liquid accumulated in the pipeline,which eventually leads to the pressure drop and temperature of the pipeline.There may be a big change in the drop.Therefore the gas pipeline length should not be more than 5km.Kelamili gas field development area,with the further exploration and development of gas field,gas field wells edge increased,the gas gathering radius increases gradually,the single well gas set distance of more than 5km in 4,the longest distance of 7.4km in gas.Gas well in long-distance gathering and transportation operation process,the pipeline pressure drop and the temperature drop is bigger,the gathering and transportation pipeline appears frozen plugging,at the same time gathering pressure loss increases is not conducive to the gas field of self pressure mining.In order to ensure the normal production of gas well and relieve the pressure of social gas,we need to carry out research on gas well gathering technology.On the basis of technical investigation at home and abroad and the investigation of kelamili gas field,this paper uses PVTSIM software to analyze the causes of hydrates freeze plugging and OLGA software modeling to analyze the excessive pressure drop of the pipeline,and carries out the research on the process measures of gas well gathering.The freezing plugging of the pipeline meets the intake requirements of the treatment station,and the implementation effect is analyzed and verified: after the transformation,it improves the current situation of the freezing plugging and pressure drop of the gas production pipeline,prolongs the mining life of the gas field,has significant economic and social benefits,and provides guidance for the design of the well field gathering process in the future.The normal operation of condensate gas gathering and transportation system provides technical support.
