The floating platform will heave with the effect of ocean waves when deep sea oil development operation.In order to ensure normal drilling,drill string heave compensation device is required.The drill string heave compensation device is divided into many types,of which the drawworks heave compensation system with the advantage of simple transmission equipment,low gravity,compact system,compensation for travel is not restricted,less occupied space,good application prospect,has become the international front and hotspot in the research of the heave compensation device.On the basis of domestic and foreign related data research,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of various drawworks compensation methods.This paper designs an electric double drawworks heave compensation scheme.The heave compensation system adopts variable rope system,and in conjunction with the double drawworks heave compensation scheme,and can choose different working rope system according to different compensation sea conditions and working conditions.The double drawworks heave compensation system is studied by means of theoretical research,physical modeling and simulation.The design and calculation of the key parameters of the drawworks are completed,including the structure of the main drum and reducer.The theoretical compensation ability of the compensation drawworks under different working conditions is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for compensating the system transformation rope rule.The model of double drawworks compensation system based on SimulationX software is established,including wave simulation system,vector variable frequency drive system,drawworks drive system,drilling system and drilling tool system.Five kinds of soft start and stop schemes of compensation system are put forward,and its advantages and disadvantages are discussed.Finally,the simulation research and analysis of different sea conditions and working conditions are carried out,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of the actual drawworks compensation system.
