In recent years,the frequency of coal mine accidents in China still ranks high in the world.Therefore,mine accident prevention and emergency rescue after disasters have become very important research topics,and underground emergency hedging equipment has received more attention as the focus.Mine-Used Lifesaving Cabin can provide shelter for people who can not escape in time and reduce casualties.There are still many problems in the function and space of the existing mine rescue capsule,the optimization of Mine-Used Lifesaving Cabin is an inevitable trend,which has new requirements for the design ideas and methods of the rescue capsule.Based on the integrated innovation theory,this paper takes the Mine-Used Lifesaving Cabin as the research object,takes the mine emergency rescue product design principle as the guidance,combines the related design elements,explores the mine rescue capsule integrated innovation design principle and design strategy,and carries out the design practice based on this.Firstly,this paper applies literature research method in theoretical research,sorts out relevant literature and application cases of integrated innovation theory,extracts methods applicable to the design of emergency rescue products of coal mine based on integrated innovation theory,and summarizes the design principles of emergency rescue products of coal mine based on ergonomics.Secondly,the problems and defects are summarized based on the analysis of the function,space and related design factors of the existing mine rescue capsule.Thirdly,the integrated and innovative design method of Mine-Used Lifesaving Cabin is constructed and improved,and in order to achieve user requirements,the pre-research of users is completed by means of literature research.Then,the behavior of users using the life capsule is analyzed by means of observation.These requirements are classified into the dimensions of function,space and related design elements,and the corresponding design points are obtained to provide directions for the design of Mine-Used Lifesaving Cabin.Fourthly,the design principles of lifeboats for mining are summarized based on the design points,and the design strategies based on functional integration,spatial integration and related design elements are put forward in combination with the integrated and innovative design methods.Finally,the integrated and innovative design of mine rescue capsule is completed under the guidance of design principle and design strategy.There are 55 figures,14 tables and 82 references in this paper.
