In the process of urbanization in China,the rapid economic growth mode leads many Chinese cities to realize urbanization and industrialization.However,at the same time of entering the middle stage of industrialization,the problems of urban resources and environment have become increasingly prominent,which has greatly changed the pattern of urban ecological space.Urban construction land has been continuously penetrated into the ecological background,and the pressure of ecological environment has gradually increased.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that to build a beautiful new China and create a good production and living environment for the people,we should adhere to the harmonious coexistence of human and nature,and stressed that "we must establish and practice the idea that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".On this premise,this paper obtained the land use coverage data,DEM elevation data,road traffic data,administrative center data,river data,ecological protection red line data and natural protection land data of Wanzhou District in 2000,2006,2012 and 2018,combined with previous research results on ecological space,and affected the characteristics of ecological space change and the influencing factors of ecological space change in Wanzhou district The mechanism is studied,and Ann CA Markov coupling model is constructed to simulate and predict the ecological spatial layout in 2024.On this basis,invest model is used to evaluate the habitat quality of Wanzhou District,and then the ecological space of Wanzhou District is reconstructed in 2024 and the habitat quality of Wanzhou District after reconstruction is evaluated.Finally,the relevant advantages are proposed for the problems of ecological space in Wanzhou District Suggestions on management and control.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)During the period of 2000-2018,the ecological space area of Wanzhou District showed a continuous decreasing trend,and its stability showed a continuous decreasing trend.During this period,the ecological space area decreased by 3546.96 Hm2,per capita ecological space area decreased by 99.92 m2,including 4393.41 hm2 of arable land,1230.55 hm2 of forest land,57.40 hm2 of grassland,2157.06 of water area Hm2,unused land decreased by 22.66 Hm2,the area of ecological space transferring to non ecological space was 3610.19 Hm2,including 2885.10 hm2 of cultivated land transferring,654.03 hm2 of forest land transferring,57.50 hm2 of grassland transferring,5.69 hm2 of water transferring and 7.86 hm2 of unused land transferring,while non ecological space transferring only to ecological space was 63.22 hm2 In Wanzhou District,the degree of fragmentation and separation of patches increased year by year,while the maximum patch index decreased year by year,and the patch area tended to be uniform.(2)The influence of elevation factor,road traffic factor,administrative center factor and river factor on ecological spatial change increases continuously in time series,among which the influence on construction land change decreases first and then increases in time series,the influence on water area decreases continuously in time series,and the influence on unused land and grassland continues in time series With the increase,the influence of elevation factor on forest land is continuously increased in time series,while that of road traffic factor,administrative center factor and river factor is increased first and then decreased in time series.Among them,the value of Cramer’s V index under the influence of elevation factor increased from 0.3858 in 2000-2006 to 0.4022 in 2012-2018,the value of Cramer’s V index under the influence of road traffic factor,administrative center factor and river factor increased from 0.5604 in 2000-2006 to 0.5727 in 2012-2018,and the change of road traffic factor,administrative center factor and river factor on ecological space The influence of policy management and control factors is mainly to restrict the change of ecological space type,and the constraint area is 82250.9..(3)The ANN CA Markov coupling model constructed in this paper has a high simulation accuracy for the ecological spatial layout,and the simulation results have a high reliability.The validation coefficient standard kappa coefficient value,quantity kappa coefficient value,location kappa coefficient value and random kappa coefficient value for the simulation accuracy of the ecological spatial layout in 2012 are 0.9836,0.9876,0.9927 and 0.9927 respectively in 2018 9850,0.9887,0.9963,0.9963.The standard kappa coefficient,quantity kappa coefficient,location kappa coefficient and random kappa coefficient are not only much higher than 0.75,but also higher than the simulation accuracy of other scholars building the same model.(4)During the period of 2006-2024,the overall habitat quality of Wanzhou District showed a continuous decreasing trend.Generally speaking,the area of poor,poor and good habitat quality grades increased,while the area of general and good habitat quality grades decreased,among which the area of poor,poor and good habitat quality grades increased The total area increased by 3.06 Hm2,2348.88 hm2 and 8979.47 Hm2,and the average habitat quality decreased from 0.7043 in 2006 to 0.6802 in 2024.The ecological environment protection of Wanzhou district needs to be strengthened.(5)After the reconstruction of the ecological space of Wanzhou District,the overall habitat quality of Wanzhou District has been greatly improved,and even the habitat quality in 2024 can be compared with that in 2006.After reconstruction,the area of poor,poor,general and good habitat quality grade decreased by 9.54 Hm2,82.87 Hm2,16174.25 hm2 and 4585.05 hm2 respectively,and the area of excellent ecological environment quality grade increased by 20851.71 Hm2,and the average habitat quality increased by 0.6802 before reconstruction to 0.7042 after reconstruction,while in the study period,the average habitat quality of Wanzhou District was the highest After the reconstruction of ecological space,the ecological environment of Wanzhou District can be greatly improved.Based on the above main conclusions,in view of the problems existing in the ecological space of Wanzhou,the following suggestions are put forward for the optimization and management of the ecological space of Wanzhou District:(1)To evaluate the habitat quality of ecological space regularly,so as to provide reference for the optimization and management of ecological space(2)Control the number of ecological space to ensure that the area of ecological space can not be lower than the defined value of ecological space.(3)Classified management and control shall be carried out for the ecological space.Human development and utilization are strictly prohibited for the core area of the ecological space with high ecological value,while the buffer area shall be developed with strict environmental assessment standards,so as to carry out development and utilization without affecting the quality of the ecological environment.(4)On the basis of ecological space layout and habitat quality assessment results,the construction and development should be carried out reasonably,and the work of returning farmland to forest and grass should be accelerated under the condition of ensuring regional food security;(5)To implement the guarantee mechanism for the protection of ecological space,the government should coordinate with each other to achieve the cooperation of all competent departments to complete the protection of ecological space;(6)Legislation guarantee,implementation of dynamic supervision,clear authority and seriousness of the law,and establish a comprehensive ecological space monitoring system of policies,laws and regulations,public participation and technical support to conduct dynamic supervision on the ecological space in real time.
