Film electronic products are widely used in the fields such as national defense,health services and information owing to its flexibility and foldability.Roll-to-roll manufacturing is an effective method for achieving low-cost of film electronic products.The problem of web wrinkles will seriously affect the quality of film electronic products during the manufacturing process of the roll-to-roll system.In this work,web on the surface of the idle roller is regarded as the research object.The critical conditions of web wrinkling and critical wrinkling morphology are studied,and the wrinkling of anisotropy web is analyzed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The critical wrinkling conditions of web are studied.According to the stability theory,the web subjected to tensioning on the idle roller surface is regarded as a web shell.The relation between stress and strain and the web equilibrium differential equation are established based on the model of the web shell element and considering the geometrical nonlinearity.Considering the influencing factors of the friction between the web and the idle roller,the critical wrinkling conditions of the web are obtained by static method.The influencing factors critical wrinkling conditions of web are analyzed.The obtained results show that web width,web thickness,web elastic modulus and the friction coefficient between the web and the idle roller possess great influence on the critical wrinkling conditions.(2)The wrinkling configuration(wavelength and amplitude)and its influencing factors are investigated.The Galerkin method is used to solve web equilibrium differential equation from the point of view of the wrinkling mechanism of web.The critical wrinkling amplitude model is obtained by considering influence of the friction between the web and idle roller.According to the relationship between wavelength and wave number,the wavelength model of critical wrinkling is obtained.The influencing factors of critical wrinkling amplitude and wavelength are analyzed.The results show that the tension can restrain the web wrinkling on the idle roller surface in the yield strength of the web(3)The critical wrinkling conditions and critical wrinkling configuration of anisotropic web are studied.Based on the stability theory,the critical wrinkling model of anisotropic web is established.The critical wrinkling conditions and wrinkling morphology of anisotropic web are analyzed.The effects of Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus of orthotropic web on the critical wrinkling are studied by an example.The corresponding results show that Poisson's ratio of the web has no obvious effects on the web wrinkling(4)The web wrinkling behavior on the surface of the idle roller is analyzed according to the finite element simulation software.The model of the web and idle roller is established by ABAQUS software.The effects of different web thickness,web elastic modulus and friction coefficient on web wrinkling behavior are analyzed through applying load and boundary conditions.The obtained results indicate that the influence rules of web thickness,web elastic modulus and friction coefficient on web wrinkling are consistent with theoretical analysis.
