The 20-roll cold rolling mill is one of the import,ant rolling mill types for the production of sheet and strip.It has many advantages such as small roll diameter of the work roll,high rigidity of the rolling mill,small deflection of the roll,etc..The 20-roll cold rolling mill also has a special shape,whose adjustment mechanism allows the 20-roll cold rolling mill to roll high-precision sheets.At present,the finite element study of the 20-roll cold rolling mill is mainly aimed at the establishment and analysis of the elastic model of the roller system,and rarely involves the elastoplastic study of the rolling of the 20-roll cold rolling mill.Based on the actual size parameters of a 20-roll cold rolling mill in a steel mill,the elasto-plastic finite element model of 20-roller and rolling stock is established and analyzed.According to the elastoplastic variation process of the work rolls and rolling stocks of 20-roll cold rolling mill,the finite element model of work rolls and rolling stocks are established based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The rolling process of the work rolls is carried out by the transient algorithm in the structural dynamics equation.The finite element simulation calculation is carried out to obtain the stress-strain condition and rolling force curve of the rolled product.The finite element analysis of the work process of the work roll and the rolling stock provides reference value for the limited simulation calculation of the 20-roll cold rolling mill.The geometrical position relationship of the 20-roll cold rolling mill is analyzed.The three-dimensional geometric model of the 20-roll upper half-roller with eccentric device is established by Soildworks,and the corresponding relationship between the work roll reduction and the eccentric angle of the support roller is obtained.Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA establishes the elastoplastic 20-roll finite element model of the rolling stock,and uses the explicit dynamics algorithm to solve the finite element of the model.The post-processing software LS-PrePost is used to obtain the plastic residual strain of the rolled piece,and the shape evaluation is carried out.The calculation of the index lays the foundation for further realization of the precise control of the shape of the 20-roll cold rolling mill.A finite element model of a 20-roll cold rolling mill with a radial adjustment mechanism of the backup roll ASU is established to analyze the displacement of the rolled piece in the width direction under different initial crown conditions of the rolled piece;and the initial crown is rolled at 0.05 mm.For the object,the plate shape adjustment is analyzed using the support roller ASU radial adjustment mechanism,and the analysis process provides reference data for the rapid adjustment of the plate shape in actual production.The elastic finite element model of the upper half of the 20-roll cold rolling mill is established.According to the actual force of the 20-roll cold rolling mill,the supporting roller is fully restrained by the saddle force,and the concentrated load is applied to the lower surface of the working roller to solve the 20-roll cold rolling mill.The stress distribution of the half roller system.The distribution of contact stress between rolls is obtained.The research results have important reference value for the research of contact deformation between rolls of 20-roll cold rolling mill.
