The natural action substrate of lipase is triacylglyceride, which can hydrolyze the ester bond into monoglyceride, diglyceride, glycerin and free fatty acid,so as to achieve the effect of improving the cleaning performance of the water-based ink cleaning agent. However, there are still some problems in applying lipase to water-based ink cleaning agents, such as the stability and compatibility between lipase and other components in water-based ink cleaning agents. Therefore,a total of 7 common surfactants were selected to test their effect on lipase activity.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Zeta potential were used to study the interaction between lipase and two different types of surfactants.Mechanism of action. This article first determines the conditions for enzyme activity determination, including changes in temperature and changes in pH.The experimental data shows that the lipase activity can be optimized at a temperature of 50? and pH=9.Later the effects of two different types of surfactants and lipase were studied and discussed.Experimental data shows that anionic surfactants have a greater impact on enzyme activity,Fourier infrared spectroscopy, and Zeta potential;on the contrary,non-ionic surfactants have very little effect.Among them AES in anionic surfactants and AEO9 and AEO7 in nonionic surfactants have the smallest effects on lipase. In this paper, eight water-based ink cleaning agents containing lipase were designed and formulated, and the properties of the lipase-based water-based ink cleaning agent were tested, including stability, cleaning power, foaming performance and corrosion performance.Provide theoretical and technical support for the development of lipase-type water-based ink cleaning agents. The experimental results show that the lipase-type water-based ink cleaning agent has good high and low temperature stability;in terms of corrosion performance,it is less corrosive to metal surfaces, printing plates, and blankets, and all eight cleaning agents comply with national regulations. In terms of cleaning power, the cleaning power of the ink cleaning agent without lipase is obviously inferior to that of the ink cleaning agent containing lipase. When the lipase mass fraction ratio is 0.4%,the cleaning power of the cleaning agent reaches the best;In terms of foam performance, products containing lipase-type water-based ink cleaning agents meet the low-foam standard, and through testing in two different hard waters,it can be known that their foam performance is basically not affected by water quality and has strong resistance to hard water. The production process and operation process of the lipase-type water-based ink cleaning agent obtained in this article is simple, and it conforms to the indicators specified in the national standard, and has practical significance and application value.
