At present, countries in the world are actively considering the development of non-ODS cleaning agent. As a newtype cleaning agent, n-Propyl Bromide not only has the same outstanding cleaning effect to CFC-113, but also has better cleaning efficiency than it, especially cleaning metal parts. N-Propyl Bromide has no flash point; it can be repetitive-used; and it has low operation cost. It is called as "the third world's substitute cleaning agent".Green cleanser of high precision electronic for electrified cleaning mostly researched on binary and ternary azeotrope cleaning agent of nPB with isopropanol, ethanol, methanol, and so on. In experiments, composition, boiling point, performance, effect of electrified cleaning of azeotrope composition cleaning agent were studied.The results showed performance tests of nPB/isopropyl alcohol, nPB/n-hexane, nPB/cycle-hexane, nPB/ethyl acetate, nPB/n-butyl alcohol/n-hexane and nPB/n-hexane/absolute ethyl alcohol azeotrope cleaning agents are qualified and can serve as green cleanser of high precision electronic for electrified cleaning. The proportion of nPB in binary azeotrope cleaning agent is more than 80%. The proportion of nPB in ternary azeotrope cleaning agent is more than 75%. Their boiling point are between 40~80°C, so they are low boiling point cleaning agents. Their viscosities are very small, so they have good liquidity and intense infiltration. They have nice volatile, so they can remove residual solvent easily and avoid a secondary pollutant when they are used to clean something. They have no flash point and non-flammability, so their safety performances are well. When nPB is alone for the cleaning, removal rate of dirt is 93.0%; Removal rate of dirt of binary azeotrope cleaning agent is over 93.7%. Removal rate of dirt of ternary azeotrope cleaning agent is over 95.6%, better than binary azeotrope cleaning agent. The plastic bears solvent performance to binary land ternary azeotrope cleaning agents are different, therefore we should pay attention to applications occasion and cleaning objects, in order to avoid unnecessary losses.
