| Superhydrophobic phenomena exist on many common biological surfaces,and they often have many special properties,such as self-cleaning and liquid micro-flow.In recent years,the successful preparation of biomimetic surfaces with specific biological functions through bionics is a hot and frontier field in the research of interfacial materials in the world.Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease,which is a common disease threatening human health and reducing human life expectancy.Currently,the commonly used blood sugar detection methods for diabetic patients are acupuncture and dipstick detection,which requires patients to frequently puncture the skin to obtain blood,causing a certain burden to patients’ body and mind,and the wound is prone to infection.In addition,the blood glucose data obtained by this method are discrete points,which are likely to miss some important extreme points and not sensitive to the high or low points after meal or insulin treatment.In order to better detection in patients with blood sugar levels,in this paper,based on the surface wetting theory and the principle of bionics,by looking for blood sugar parameters and the changing rule of the super hydrophobic surface contact Angle and reveal the mechanism of interface wettability,build based on the determination of the blood sugar levels from the contact Angle change the parameters,in order to determine the patient blood sugar,the underlying technology can be used as a continuous glucose monitoring.It mainly includes the following contents:(1)Bionics principle experiment: lotus leaves and xerospora leaves on the surface of natural superhydrophobic organisms were selected,and their microscopic morphology was analyzed with the help of scanning electron microscope(SEM),revealing the cause of the specific functions of the surface of natural superhydrophobic organisms.The contact Angle between glucose solution concentration and blood glucose serum concentration and the surface of natural superhydrophobic organisms was measured.(2)Superhydrophobic bionic metal preparation: two metal elements were selected as the substrate to prepare the superhydrophobic surface,the two metals are copper and aluminum,respectively.In the experiment,by controlling the etching time of the etching solution,and then after chemical modification by low-surface energy substances,the superhydrophobic surface with good hydrophobicity was obtained.(3)Blood drop sugar test.The contact angles of different concentrations of glucose solution and blood glucose values of serum on the superhydrophobic surface of the prepared metal substrate were measured,and the sensitivity of the superhydrophobic surface to the contact angles of glucose solution was analyzed by comparison.In addition,the sensitivity of contact Angle of different concentrations of glucose solution on different hydrophobic surfaces was analyzed.It can be found that the more hydrophobic the surface,the more serious the influence of glucose on the solution and its contact Angle,and the higher the sensitivity. |
