In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, materials of superhydrophobic have broad application prospects in everyday life and the various production sectors, Thus superhydrophobic materials preparation and application of cause of great concern to all scholars. The hydrophobic material is by reducing the surface free energy and thus change the surface morphology of solid surfaces to control invasive ultra-hydrophobic. This thesis is based on this theory using a variety of technical means and other conditions by controlling the reaction time to build the micro and nano surface structures, Prepared by lower surface free energy of the structure to realize the control of surface wettability, Super-hydrophobic properties of the material to. the main research contents are as follows:1. Immersion method using etching solution prepared by the rough surface structure of the surface, uniform distribution in the same shape as the above nanoparticles, drops of water on the surface instability, contact angle can reach 120o. Then grafted hydrophobic reagents reduce the surface free energy, preparation of superhydrophobic materials completed.
