Cucurbit[n]uril?as well as termed cucurbit ring,abbreviated as CB[n]or Q[n]?and its derivatives are consisted?n=5-14?glycoluril units and methylene to form a kind of macrocyclic host molecules.Because of their simple synthesis method and cheap synthetic materials,internal hydrophobic cavity and rigid structure and polar carbonyl port,it has become the fourth generation of new supramolecular macrocyclic compounds after crown ether,cyclodextrin and calixarene.In recent years,with the development of coordination chemistry,the research of CB[n]organic acid supramolecular complexes in molecular recognition,molecular switch,and molecular devices has attracted a great deal of attention.In this thesis,two kinds of new structure of CB[6]supramolecular complex were synthesized by solvothermal method.The single crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction,Ultraviolet-visible spectrum,Fluorescence spectrum,Infrared spectrum,and Thermogravimetric analyzer were used to determine the structure of the complex.In addition,we study of its fluorescence performance in-depth.The specific work of the paper is as follows:1.Using CB[6],9-anthracenecarboxylic acid?HACA?,and Zn?NO3?2·6H2O as an experimental material.Under solvothermal conditions,the complex[Zn?ACA?4]·CB[6]·[NH2?CH3?2]·8H2O?1?was successfully prepared.Structural analysis shows that Zn2+in complex 1 is coordinated with the carboxyl oxygen atoms of four 9-anthracemic acids.Zn2+exhibit a quaternary coordination mode to form a pinwheel shape.CB[6]and windmill structure are arranged alternately.The investigation found that complex 1 has very surprisingly strong fluorescence optical properties,and has a strong fluorescence recognition effect on anion(Cr2O72-)and cation(Fe3+,),nitro compounds?TNP,4-NP?,and antibiotics?PAL,BER?.2.Using CB[6],9-anthracenecarboxylic acid?HACA?and CdCl2·2.5H2O as an experimental materials,the complex[Cd?ACA?4]·CB[6]?2?was successfully prepared under solvothermal conditions.Structural analysis shows that Cd2+in complex 2 was an eight-coordination mode,and Cd2+is coordinated with the carboxyl oxygen of four9-anthracene carboxylic acids to form a windmill-like structural unit.A 3D supramolecular complex was formed using HACA as structural inducer.The investigation found that complex 2 has very surprisingly strong fluorescence optical properties.It has strong fluorescence recognition for common cations(Fe3+),Nidazole?Metronidazole,Ornidazole and Tinidazole?,Isoquinoline?BER,PAL,CHE and JAT?and Sulfa antibiotics?Sulfamethazine?.
