The release of nitroaromatic compounds(NACs)into the environment can lead to potential explosion hazards and soil/water pollution,antibiotics also have serious impacts on water environment quality and human health due to their non-degradability and inherent high toxicity.In addition,dyes also pose a hazard to humans and the environment because they are non-biodegradable,carcinogenic,toxic and mutagenic.Therefore,the development of a simple,inexpensive and efficient detection method is of great significance for correctly assessing the pollution status in the environmental system and ensuring human health.At present,the detection methods of organic pollutants have disadvantages such as complicated operation,time-consuming detection,and expensive instruments.Optical sensing is promising for the detection of organic pollutants.Supramolecular self-assembly based on cucurbit[n]uril(cucurbit[n]urils,CB[n]s)has attracted much attention as a new material in the detection of environmental pollutants.In this paper,using cucurbit[6]uril(CB[6])as the research platform,two CB[6]-based supramolecular self-assemblies were successfully constructed by solvothermal method,which were used as fluorescent probes and adsorbents were used for the detection and absorption of NACs,common antibiotics and organic dyes,and the mechanism was analyzed.The related work is as follows:1.Using 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid(HQDS)as a structural inducer,a novel supramolecular self-assembly[Zn(QDS)2]·(CB[6])2(1)based on CB[6]was successfully constructed.The performance analysis indicated that 1 can be used as a fluorescent probes to realize NACs(2,4,6-trinitrophenol(TNP)and 4-nitrophenol(4-NP))and tetracycline antibiotics(tetracycline hydrochloride(TC)and oxytetracycline hydrochloride(OTC))sensitively and rapidly,with limits of detection(LOD)were 71,43,153 and 148 ppb,respectively.At the same time,1 was used for the detection of actual samples,and the expected effect was achieved.2.Using Na2NDS(where NDS2-=2,6-naphthalene disulfonic acid anion)as a structural inducer,a supramolecular self-assembly CB[6]-[NDS]2-(2)was obtained.Performance studies have shown that 2 can be used to detect the dyes reactive blue 19(RB19)and the isoquinoline antibiotics berberine(BER)and palmatine(PAL)with detection limits were 143,27 and 34 ppb,respectively.In addition,2 also showed a high adsorption capacity for the above-mentioned organic molecules. |
