Construction Of Environmental Performance Audit And Evaluation System In Textile Printing And Dyeing Industry

Nowadays,environmental protection has become a global issue.It is imperative to strengthen the environmental management.Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy,environmental load is increasingly intensified,and we should adopt timely environmental control measures,formulate environmental protection policies to avoid the constant deterioration of environment.Meanwhile,many enterprises have realized that strengthening environmental management and setting up green brands are the important factors for their sustainable development,in which environmental accounting and environmental auditing are highly valued.Environmental performance auditing must be highly appreciated in business activities of enterprises production,which can play an important role in effective supervision and guidance towards the development of enterprises,which in turn promoting its development fundamentally.Up until now,the evaluation system of environmental performance auditing is to be further established and improved and to be widely and deeply applied in actual process of operation and production of enterprises.At present,many scholars have concentrated on this and put forwards some constructive comments and advice.However,in fact,the majority of studies on the relevant fields still stop at the preliminary theory stage,rarely to analyze the application among practices.Thus,this paper focuses on the study of the establishment and application of environmental performance evaluation system on industry of printing and dyeing.The first part of this paper is introduction,introducing the background,purpose and meaning,contents and methods of this research.The second part is theories and methods related to environmental performance auditing,summarizing the sustainable development theory and stakeholder theory,balance scorecard method and analytic hierarchy process method.The third part is to establish the environmental performance auditing evaluation system on industry of printing and dyeing,mainly introducing the current situation of the environmental performance auditing evaluation system on industry of printing and dyeing,elaborating the objectives,principals,establishment methods and concrete evaluation index of system establishment.The forth part is case analysis,taking TH textile company as an example and proceeding application analysis towards the environmental performance auditing evaluation system.The fifth part reveals the problems and advice on promotion of environmental performance auditing evaluation system on industry of printing and dyeing.The sixth part is conclusion and expectations.
