Safety audit is the audit supervision of the safety management work. However，thecurrent search for "safety audit" results in the default basic computer and network safetyaudit. Actually the safety audit has been carried out in the fields as aviation safety, roadtraffic safety and so on. In particular, in the field of aviation, safety audit has formed arelatively mature system of auditing process. But safety audit has not got a unifieddefinition. Therefore, based on the definition of safety audit in each of these areas theauthor has given the definition of “safety audit” in this article.As B electric company has yet to form a relatively complete and system safety auditsystem, this thesis attempts to introduce the balance scoring method to the safety auditwork. By participating in the B electric company safety audit work and analyzing theproblems found in the work from the audit, using the Delphi method from the investmentin safety, engineering technology, management, education training four aspects intoaccount, the preliminary build the electric power enterprise production safety managementevaluation system. Then we use AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Delphi method todetermine the dimension of index system layer and the weight of each index. Finally, theuse of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will build the evaluation system ofpractical application in the electric power company subordinate units of the B H powersupply company and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It can not only examine therationality of the index system and the practicability, but also can analyze the enterprise’ssafety production management. What’s more, it can present situation to carry on thequalitative and quantitative evaluation analysis for enterprise management decision anddetermine the direction of the safety management and to provide certain reference to theenterprise’s safety input. This kind of inspiration intends to bring safety audit as well as thesafety management a new train of thought and ideas.
