Because of nanofibers have many unique excellent properties such as large specific surface area and small pores,It is widely used in traditional fields such as textile and clothing,as well as in high-tech fields such as tissue engineering,biological engineering and aerospace.With the continuous development of science and technology,the demand and performance of nanofibers are becoming higher and higher,which leads to the research upsurge of the preparation technology of nanofibers.However,the current preparation efficiency of nanofibers is low and their properties are unstable,which cannot meet the needs of industrial applications.So with that in mind,this paper selected two typical spinning processes of electrostatic spinning and microfluidization spinning,and studied the influence of external energy field(vibration field and magnetic field)on the rheological property of spinning fluid and the process of drawing into silk during the spinning process by combining theory with practice,so as to explore technological methods to improve the preparation efficiency and fiber quality of nanofibers.Firstly,the influence of ultrasonic vibration on the flow performance and electrostatic spinning process of PAN/DMF spinning liquid was studied.Experimental findings: When the frequency is less than 20 kHz,the vibration has little effect on the viscosity of PAN/DMF spinning solution.When the frequency exceeded 20 kHz,the vibration significantly reduced the viscosity of PAN/DMF spinning solution,and frequency of 21 kHz,the viscosity decreased by as much as 29%.The average diameter of the fiber was reduced by 39% by Electrospinning experiment with PAN/DMF spinning solution after vibration treatment.Secondly,The expressions of electric field strength and electric field force in the process of electrospinning are obtained by analytical method,and the distribution law of electric field strength in the process of electrospinning is analyzed by ANSYS software.The trajectory model of jet flow is established,and the lorentz force of jet flow in magnetic field is analyzed by using relevant theories of mechanics and electromagnetism.The experimental method proves that the applied magnetic field can reduce the oscillation amplitude of the jet stream,and then reduce the energy consumption of the jet stream in the process of motion.Finally,the preparation technology of obtaining high quality(high degree of order,good degree of uniformity)nanofibers was explored through the experiment of microfluidized spinning assisted by an external energy field.The results showed that the average diameter of the obtained fiber decreased by 29% after the introduction of ultrasonic vibration,With the help of vibration field and magnetic field,the average diameter of the obtained fiber was reduced by 47%,and the uniformity of the fiber was also improved.
