The production of air conditioners in China began in the 1980 s,but at that time it was mainly used as a luxury consumer product,and sales in the country were low;after the 21 st century,with the continuous improvement of national living standards,the use of air conditioners from commercial and industrial fields Popularized to all households,the domestic demand for air conditioning is also increasing.The air-conditioning industry is expected to sell 16.1438 million units in 2020,an increase of 7.2% year-on-year;of which,domestic sales are 96.685 million units,an increase of 5% year-on-year.At present,air conditioners are one of the necessary electrical appliances for every household.Whether it is an outdoor unit or an indoor unit,80% of the exterior needs to be painted.The painting process is crucial,and the service life of the air conditioner is extended.The performance,quality and The value is improved.But while the sales volume of air conditioners is increasing,it is accompanied by the increasing coating wastewater in the production process.The coating process of the air conditioner is almost the same as other coating processes.The wastewater produced by it has the characteristics of high concentration,complex composition,poor biodegradability,and large changes in water quality.Therefore,this kind of wastewater is very harmful to the environment and also brings great difficulties to wastewater treatment.With the increasingly strict national requirements for wastewater indicators,the treatment of coating wastewater has become an increasingly important research topic.This paper aims at the air-conditioning coating wastewater of a company with an annual output of 1.5 million air conditioners,through the investigation of domestic and foreign scholars on the treatment of coating wastewater,as well as the research and analysis of the quality and quantity of the coating wastewater of an air-conditioning plant,and the process Conducted program comparison,equipment selection and commissioning,microbial domestication,trial operation of biochemical treatment system,formal operation of sewage treatment system,and technical and economic feasibility analysis of the entire treatment process.Targeted use of coagulation sedimentation + flocculation air floatation + Hydrolytic acidification + contact oxidation process.It can be derived from this: using the above process and mixing a certain amount of domestic sewage into the coating wastewater at the same time can effectively improve the biodegradability of the air-conditioning coating wastewater,so that the wastewater effluent can reach the standard steadily.In addition,the air-conditioning coating wastewater treatment system has a reasonable plane design and layout,effectively uses space,adopts an automatic control system,and at the same time installs a COD online detection device,which can effectively control and control various equipment in the treatment system.Analysis,so as to achieve the purpose of stably reaching the standard of wastewater effluent.The results of the study show:1.The treatment rates of COD,BOD and animal and vegetable oils are 82.9%,90.4% and 98.8%,respectively,which have a good effect on the removal of major pollutants,and the quality of the effluent reaches the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996)The standard three-level standard,and part of the pollution factors(pH,COD)of wastewater effluent meet the requirements of the washing water in the "Urban Sewage Recycling Industrial Water Quality"(GB/T 19923-2005)standard,and can be used in production equipment and The cleaning of the plant floor reduces certain economic investment;2.The entire treatment system has a high degree of automation,and the management personnel can observe the operation of the entire waste water treatment system in the duty room,and can control the equipment on the visual machine.All processes Parameters can be stored for later analysis and utilization,greatly reducing manpower and material resources,and improving work efficiency.3.The total cost of the treatment system is 1.425 million yuan(excluding management costs),the daily wastewater treatment capacity is about 95 tons,and the treatment cost per ton is 15.14 yuan,which is much less than the cost of outsourcing to third-party environmental protection companies.Economic benefits;...
