Oil sludge is produced in various aspects such as oil extraction,transportation,and treatment.Most oil sludges are highly emulsified and their components are very complex.If the sludge is separated and treated by a single method in the past,it is difficult to achieve the expected treatment effect.The purpose of this thesis is to break down the emulsified state of oily sludge and completely separate the oil,water,and mud components in oily sludge by chemical-physical complex quenching and tempering,so as to achieve efficient reduction of solid waste.Different emulsifiers were prepared to simulate oil emulsions,and the mechanism of conditioning was further explained by measuring the interfacial tension of the emulsion and the rate of water evolution.First determine the composition of the original sludge,including the determination of oil,water,and sludge content in the sludge,the detection of anion and cation concentrations in water,the four-component analysis of oil,and the determination of the mineral composition of dry sludge;then chemically temper the sludge,Combined with physical conditioning methods to achieve effective separation of highly emulsified oily sludge.Among them,chemical tempering is mainly to use 0.2g/LMN-S,2g/LCA-S,3g/L sodium hydroxide combination as a high-efficiency conditioner to condition and demulsify the sludge,and the physical conditioning method mainly adopts ultrasonic conditioning,The combination of the two to enhance the demulsification effect;finally,the sludge was measured for properties,and the blank control group and the treatment and conditioning group were set to compare the difference in the properties of the sludge before and after conditioning.The characterization of the sludge included the particle size and sludge Contact angle,emulsion droplet Zeta potential,oil-water interfacial tension.After a series of experiments,the following conclusions can be drawn:The chemical-physical composite conditioning technology has a significant effect on the treatment of oily sludge,which can reduce the emulsification degree of high emulsified sludge,facilitate separation,and facilitate resource recycling and reduction.Production of hazardous solid waste.The factor that oily sludge has high emulsification performance is mainly due to the presence of natural emulsifier in the oily sludge system.The main emulsifiers in the oily sludge were screened by theoretical natural emulsifier and sludge component analysis results.Asphaltene,colloid,SiO2,HPAM were prepared,and the emulsifier in situ and different concentrations were determined by preparing simulated oil emulsion The experimental results of interfacial tension and water release rate indicate that the in-situ concentration of asphaltene emulsion interfacial tension and water release rate are less than other emulsifiers,and as the concentration increases,its emulsification performance is getting better and better,indicating that asphaltene has an effect on oil-water emulsions.Stability plays a major role.Based on the above experiments,we speculate that the mechanism of oxidative demulsification is that the addition of the oxidizing agent MN-S and the natural emulsifiers such as asphaltene have undergone an oxidation reaction,breaking the interface membrane structure formed by the original natural emulsifier,and dispersed in the emulsion system The MN-S further destroys the steric hindrance effect between the membrane and the membrane,and further accelerates the flocculation and coalescence of droplets on the oil-water interface,thereby achieving emulsion demulsification.
