In Inner Mongolia wuhai energy company trench coal mine as the engineering background,in order to extremely close coal seam high stress soft rock roadway layout and support technology for deep understanding and research,USES the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of similar materials simulation and in-situ observation research methods for the above problem and so on many aspects discussed roadway service situation,through field investigation on surrounding rock sample,the sample of coal and rock mechanics parameters of the experiment,finally confirmed for clay soft rock roadway surrounding rock;Based on the analysis of the stability of coal pillar in the left section of roadway,the critical width of coal pillar in the left section is calculated by using the formula.Then,according to the geological conditions and rock formation parameters of pinggou coal mine,a numerical calculation model of the high-stress soft surrounding rock of pinggou coal mine was established,and FLAC3 D value was used.How to determine the extraction tunnel layout,increase the similar material simulation experiment mainly simulated tunnel working face under the condition of the different mining progress,the sedimentation law of overburden and the original rock stress balance of roadway destruction under the condition of goaf roof and floor vertical stress redistribution of the change process,the observed phenomenon of periodic press,roadway eventually collapse,according to determine the moving law of overlying strata and the division of three zones,finally determine the main supporting roadway location.Discusses the mechanism of bolt anchor cable and shotcreting and joint bearing mechanism of surrounding rock,combining with the clay soft rock high strength and the actual situation of tectonic stress,put forward and used the resin anchoring bolt + metal mesh + shotcrete anchor combined support method,simulated by FLAC3 D numerical software in mine mining,the change of roof bolt length and bolt line spacing of two parameters,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock conditions,ultimately determines the reasonable supporting parameters of roadway according to the supportingschemes and supporting parameters,reasonable design detailed construction technology,and applying technology to engineering practice The field observation data show that the support scheme is reasonable and the support effect is good.
