Extremely close distance coal seam group are widely distributed in China, theresearch at home and abroad on a the problem in mining to a certain extent, but a littlerelated theory about mining technology achievement, most practical and empiricalsummary, so further study of extremely close distance coal seam group mining, is of greatsignificance to the mine safety and efficient production.In this paper, with wuhushan coal mine as the background, with9#,10#coal seam asthe research object, using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and mechanicalcalculation comprehensive research method to study the reasonable roadway layout ofextremely close lower coal seam.Thesis first explains what is extremely close distance coal seam group from twoaspects of qualitative and quantitative, from the perspective of qualitative analysis: coallayer upon layer spacing is very small, when mining and influence each other obvious isextremely close distance coal seam group;From the aspects of quantitative analysis: thecoal floor damage depth as the basis of dividing extremely close distance coal seam,namely when the spacing between the coal seam is small than damage depth is extremelycoal seam group.Then the article introduces four kinds of arrangement of roadway of theworking face and the advantages and disadvantages.After that using the method oftheoretical analysis, studied the reasonable width of coal pillar, bottom stress transmissionand distribution, as well as the mining of coal seam floor damage status;On this basis,through the analysis of the limit equilibrium zone and elastic zone, it is concluded that thecalculation formula of unofficial type disposal of the theory distance, as well as analysisthe floor area of damage,it is concluded that the distance formula of inner dislocatedroadway, and combined with the wuhushan mine condition, ultimately determine the1004working face layout in heave type.Then studied the mine pressure regularity of the9#coalseam pillar residue below, the stability of surrounding rock of the roadway by FLAC3Dnumerical simulation, validate the rationality of the theoretical analysis results, verify the rationality of the theoretical analysis results.Finally adopts the method of mechanics calculation, for the roadway support materialsmade in-depth study, selected29u-shape for1004roadway support materials.Engineeringpractices show that the support under non-uniform pressure, prone to deformation,destruction, therefore, puts forward the prevention methods, namely to grasp the goodengineering quality, to do a good job of brake roof and rib, support roadway layoutoptimization, increasing the supporting materials.According to the coal mine effectfeedback, the study of roadway layout position is reasonable, the supporting scheme anduneven when treatment is effective, for similar mining conditions has a certain referencevalue.
