In this paper,based on the research background of Gaohe energy E1302 filling face,has been using the methods of laboratory physical experiment,theoretical research,and numerical simulation,the research is carried out from two aspects: the deformation law of the surrounding rock of the gob side entry retained by filling mining and the surrounding rock control technology of the gob side entry retained by filling mining,and the numerical simulation method is used to simulate and verify the surrounding rock control technology measures,In this paper,the following research results are obtained:(1)On-site sampling of the top and bottom plates of E1302 working face,and rock mechanical parameter measurement test in the laboratory to obtain(coal)rock mechanical parameters of coal rock layer,and provide basic data for subsequent work;(2)According to the actual situation of E1302 working face,the simplified tunnel mechanical model is established,and the partition expression of surrounding rock stress distribution is deduced by using the plastic mechanics theory.Combined with the elastic mechanics theory,the partition expression of surrounding rock stress distribution is deduced,and the measured data of E1302 is substituted into the theoretical formula for analysis.The theoretical analysis mainly concludes that: the peak value of stress on the side of coal pillar in gob side remained roadway is greater than that on the side of filling body and the width of fracture zone and plastic zone on the side of coal pillar is smaller than that on the side of filling body;(3)By using the numerical calculation method,the influence of the filling body strength on the deformation law of the surrounding rock of the gob side entry is analyzed from three angles of stress,displacement and plastic zone.Through the research on the stability of the gob side entry,it is concluded that when the filling body strength is greater than 4.5MPa,it is beneficial to the stability of the gob side entry;(4)By using the method of numerical calculation,the deformation laws of surrounding rock in the two stages before and after retaining the roadway along the gob are analyzed,and the stability of the roadway is analyzed from three angles of surrounding rock stress,displacement and plastic zone respectively.By studying the deformation laws of surrounding rock in these two stages,providing the basis for the surrounding rock control technology of retaining the roadway;(5)Applying the method of theoretical research and numerical simulation analysis,based on the rectangular tunnel,the bearing structure of surrounding rock under the condition of retaining the tunnel along the goaf is proposed,and the criterion of its stability is given.Based on this theory,the control measures of surrounding rock of the tunnel are designed and optimized,and the optimization parameters are given,and the numerical calculation is used to verify and analyze,so as to ensure the rationality of the support measures.There are 59 figures,11 tables and 108 references in this paper.
