The gas outburst mines may use ming protective layers to reduce gas pressure.a Large amount of gangue will be generated during the mining of the approximate rock protectove layer,and the protective layer and the protectived layer have la certain time difference during mining.In order to complete the mine productivity and gangue sepatation and filling in deep mines,ensure the succession of working face in mining district.This paper takes the mining of protective layer of the Pingmei No.12 coal mine as the research background,using the research methods combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,on-site investigation and comprehensive evaluation,propesed the mining-backfilling-extracting coordinated mining technology in coal and gas outburst mine,studied the relevant parameters of underground coal gangue transportation path and sepatating system,the protective layer parameters.Optimized the succession plan for the protective layer,the protectived layer and the collocated layer.designed the software.The main research results are as follows.(1)The mining position of the protective layer of Pingmei No.12 mine was determined.Established an integrated mining-backfilling-extracting transportation model in mine,determine the location and filling method of the filling face.(2)Based on pressure relief conditions of protective layer mining,derived the formula about dynamic changes of gas porosity and permeability during the pressure relief of the protected layer and Gas seepage field.Obtained the influence law of protective layer mining on gas seepage.Used numerical simulation to study the influence of protective layer parameters on the relative expansion rate of the protected layer,Determined the thickness and the length of the protective layer,clarified the optimal drainage range of the protective layer.(3)Proposed varies of workingface succession plans meet the needs of mine production.Using the model analysis established a multi-factor succession evaluation system for economy,technology,time,space,environment.Determined the influence weight of each factor.selected the working surface succession plan and determines the filling rate range.(4)Using numerical simulation analyzing the influence of the filling height of the pertected layer on the development of the overlying coal and rock cracks,and determined the scope of coordination relationship between mining,backfilling and extracting Developed a coordinated mining software for the mining,backfilling and extracting of Pingmei No.12 coal mine and verified it in engineering.This thesis has 43 Figures,16 Tables,and 98 References.
