The traditional full roof caving method,large-scale mining caused by including surface subsidence,gangue discharge,various ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,in addition with the mining of coal resources,coal mine more and more related to the “three”(mining under buildings,railways,water)the problem of coal in recent years.Here,by the comprehensive mechanical developed by China University of Mining and Technology of solid filling coal mining technology has successfully solved the problem and achieved good economic and social benefits.But the underground coal gangue mixed still need to ascend to the ground after washing by feeding well transported to filling working face.In view of this,this paper put forward coal mining – gangue washing – gob backfilling integration the mode of production,Research methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and industrial experiments were used to explain the connotation of this integrated mining technology,to research system arrangement and process design,and to analysis type selection design principle and structural performance of key devices.The main research results achieved were as followings:(1)This paper has revealed the connotation of this integrated mining technology,provided perfect integrated system,established a new production model,and provided basis for the implementation and development of the mining technology which integrated coal mining,gangue separation and solid backfilling.(2)Production abilities of mining system,gangue washing system and backfilling system were reasonable matched,as well as the key influence factor be analyzed.As a conclusion,the key technical parameters of this integrated mining technology were optimized.(3)From the simulation results of the construction process,the support structure can significantly change the stress distribution of the surrounding rock.In the support structure,the stress concentration range of the surrounding rock is smaller and form of displacement distribution with support is slightly changed and reduced,into the top of the road near the bottom of 160 mm,two move closer to 81 mm,the simulation results show that the downside is on it is effective to increase the stability of the surrounding rock of the large chamber and ensure the quality of the roadway.(4)Solving the problem of environmental pollution caused by coal gangue ground discharge flow,realize the effective separation and separation of underground coal gangue gangue transport channel,space filling and filling equipment and fully mechanized face cohesion,directly through the washing after washing system in underground goaf filling coal gangue flow,solve the environment pollution caused by coal gangue ground with the destruction of the problem,alleviate the deep buried km mine auxiliary transportation pressure,saving auxiliary transportation cost,realize the underground coal mining–gangue washing–gob backfilling integration of the production system orderly,efficient,safe production.
