Mine hoists are responsible for lifting materials,personnel,equipment and important materials,and disc brakes play an extremely important role in the safe production of hoists.In the current mine production in China,there are still many deficiencies in the detection of brakes,including poor timeliness,weak stability and inaccurate measurements,which cannot meet the needs of intelligent production.This paper takes hoist disc brake as the research object,designs a set of embedded detection system based on STM32F103 as the core processor,completes the conditioning acquisition and processing of sensor signals related to the detection of physical quantities;This paper develops human-computer interaction based on LabVIEW,realizes the real-time display and detection of the state of the elevator disc brake.The control and display interface is simple and convenient,which is easy for the on-site user to operate.This paper firstly conducts a theoretical analysis of the structure and working principle of the disc brake,and studies the factors that affect the working state of the disc brake and the mechanism of action.On this basis,the physical quantity categories of disc brake state detection are summarized,the relevant sensors are selected and corresponding detection methods are proposed,and the overall detection scheme is constructed.This paper completes the hardware design of the disc brake detection system,including the core module based on the STM32F103 embedded system,the backplane module,the acquisition system module and the peripheral signal conversion module.In response to the functional requirements of the test system,specific component selection is completed,and the corresponding circuit is designed.In addition,this paper completes the software design of the disc brake detection system,which is divided into the software design of the core processor of the lower computer and the software design of the core part of the upper computer.Specific functions include software configuration and function development of the core processor,communication software design of the lower computer,human-computer interaction design of the upper computer,data analysis processing and communication design,etc.Based on the above research,this paper completes the field experiment and fault diagnosis research of the disc brake detection system.On the one hand,the system data collection and analysis functions are verified by field experiments;On the otherhand,the sensor data analysis and processing method based on the improved adaptive sensor fusion method and D-S evidence theory is combined,aimed at judging the fault of disc brake on site,which improves the accuracy of diagnosis.The disc brake detection system designed in this paper has the characteristics of convenient installation,high accuracy and strong scalability.At the same time,the simple and intuitive human-computer interaction system reduces the work intensity and operation difficulty of field operators.There are 61 figures,13 tables,85 references in the thesis.
