Chinas urbanization process is gradually accelerating,and the consumption level of residents is constantly improving.The energy consumption and carbon emission of urban residents will continue to maintain a linear growth trend.With the national attention to environmental protection and low carbon,the public awareness of the environment is also increasing,but the carbon consumption dilemma is increasingly prominent.Low carbon awareness of the inefficient transformation of behavior,energy rebound effect of household appliances and other issues can be seen everywhere,which not only damage the environment but also cause a great waste of resources.Deeply understanding the influencing factors of urban residents behavior choice in carbon consumption dilemma and analyzing the effect of different factors on Residents behavior choice can help to break the carbon consumption dilemma and provide theoretical basis for guiding the policy development of low-carbon consumption behavior of residents.Therefore,this paper takes the carbon consumption behavior of urban residents as the research object.Firstly,through literature review and expert interviews,it constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors of the behavior choice of urban residents in the carbon consumption dilemma.Secondly,taking the high carbon consumption behavior of takeout as the top event in the daily life of urban residents,this paper analyzes it quantitatively and qualitatively by fuzzy fault tree analysis,and sorts the influencing factors of high carbon consumption behavior of takeout.Then,according to the theoretical model and importance ranking,we choose the control factors to experiment,analyze the effect of different factors on Residents behavior choice in the carbon consumption dilemma,and provide the basis for targeted low-carbon consumption behavior guidance measures and policy development.This paper mainly studies from the following three aspects:First,based on the research,the theoretical model of influencing factors of carbon consumption behavior choice of urban residents in carbon consumption dilemma is established.Through in-depth interviews,to understand the influencing factors of urban residents behavior choices to themselves and the surrounding people in the carbon consumption dilemma.Then,this paper constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors of residents behavior choice in carbon consumption dilemma,to understand the different types of influencing factors of residents consumption behavior choice and the action path of each influencing factor on behavior.It is found that the awareness of carbon consumption directly affects the residents carbon consumption behavior,and the implementation cost and social reference influence the transformation of residents carbon consumption awareness to behavior from internal and external respectively,while the situational factors are the antecedents of the impact of implementation cost and social reference.Secondly,taking the typical high-carbon consumption of urban residents-takeout high-carbon consumption as the research object,combining the fault tree analysis method and fuzzy mathematics theory to establish the fuzzy fault tree of takeout highcarbon consumption,ranking the factors affecting takeout consumption.The fuzzy fault tree is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.Among them,the qualitative analysis is to find the minimum cut set of fault tree through the downward method,and the quantitative analysis mainly analyzes the probability of high carbon consumption of takeout.The Delphi method is used to convert the expert language into fuzzy number,and the fuzzy probability of the top event is calculated after the fuzzy number of the expert is aggregated.Then,the probability of the high carbon consumption of takeout and the order of the importance of the influencing factors are analyzed through the fuzzy sensitivity analysis.The results show that the probability of top event is 0.439,and the main factors affecting the high carbon consumption of takeout are storage and eating conditions,habits,cost,information and group norms,etc.Thirdly,according to the fuzzy fault tree analysis,the importance ranking of influencing factors is obtained,and the key factors are selected for experimental test.According to the results of grounded research and fuzzy fault tree analysis,this paper chooses economic factors and information factors as control variables.By improving the traditional experiment design of public goods dilemma,this paper studies the influence of control factors on the behavior choice of consumer Cooperation(lowcarbon consumption)in carbon consumption dilemma.The results show that economic factors significantly reduce the participants average low-carbon cooperation behavior,but increase the participants ave rage financial cooperation behavior.Different information has different influence on the cooperation level,and the comparative information has no significant influence,while the environmental information has significant influence on the low-carbon cooperation level of participants.Negative environmental information significantly improves the level of low-carbon cooperation,while positive environmental information significantly reduces the level of low-carbon cooperation.Finally,the main conclusions of each chapter are summarized,and some suggestions are put forward in terms of guiding measures and policy development.At the same time,the limitations of the research and the direction and content of further research are also explained.
