With the rapid development of science and technology, human requirements for the environment are getting higher and higher. However, the daily domestic water and industrial organic dye wastewater discharge cause extremely serious pollution to the environment. Therefore,it has important practical significance to solve these wastewater pollution problems.Because of its low cost, high efficiency, and no secondary pollution, the adsorption method has great application potential. In this paper,a series of new phytic acid cross-linked polymer adsorbents with different structures have been synthesized using phytic acid as the cross-linking agent, which can not only remove the anion and cationic dyes well, but also adjust the pH to make the adsorption Agent regeneration provides a new concept for the preparation of highly efficient and multifunctional adsorption materials. The specific research content is as follows:(1)PAG cross-linked polymer was obtained by introducing unsaturated double bonds to phytic acid through glycidyl methacrylate and self-crosslinking polymerization. The removal effect of PAG cross-linked polymer on several cationic dyes was studied. The experiment found that PAG cross-linked polymer had a good removal effect on cationic dyes(MB),and the removal rate reached 99% at adsorption equilibrium. At the same time, the maximum adsorption capacity reached 1287.62mg/g.The adsorption process follows the quasi-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir model, which is a multi-level monolayer reversible adsorption.(2)In order to synthesize multifunctional cross-linked polymer adsorbent, based on PAG cross-linked polymer, glycidyl methacrylate modified phytic acid was used as cross-linking agent to copolymerize with dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate to successfully prepare cross-linked polymerization PAGD,the effect of PAGD adsorbent on the removal of anion and cationic dyes and separation performance were studied. The experimental results found that the removal efficiency of PAGD polymer for anionic dye reactive brilliant red 24(RR24)and cationic dye fuchsin basic(FB)were 99.5% and 78%,respectively,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 1871.23 and 480.35 mg/g,respectively;The adsorption process follows the quasisecond-order kinetic model and Langmuir model, which is a multi-stage monolayer reversible adsorption;at pH=1,PAGD can selectively adsorb and separate the mixture of RR24 and FB or MB;the recycling of adsorption and desorption are carried out through pH response and the removal rate remains above 90% after repeating five times.(3)On the basis of ensuring the efficient adsorption of dyes by PAGD polymers,in order to shorten the adsorption equilibrium time, carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC)was introduced to successfully prepare the crosslinked polymer PAGDC.The experiment found that compared to PAGD,the adsorption equilibrium time was shortened from 120 min to 60 min,and the anion dye RR24 and cationic dye FB had good removal effect, the removal efficiency was 97.75% and 68.99%,respectively,and the maximum adsorption amounts were 1876.63 and 475.99 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption process follows the quasi-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir model which is a multi-level monolayer reversible adsorption. Therefore,PAGDC,as an efficient new adsorbent, has broad application prospects in wastewater treatment.
