Phytic acid is also called myo inositol dihexaphosphate,in the form of calcium magnesium double salt existenting in lots of plants,and it is an important organic phosphorus additives, which has a very wide range of uses.rice bran,corn,bran and other materials are mainly raw materials to produce Phytic acid in Industry.Because China is a large agricultural country and rich in agricultural resources,there are economic benefits.However,the current domestic companies mainly use precipitation,this traditional method is simple,but waste time and energy,has much difficult to product high quality phytic acid,limiting the size of phytic acid production.This paper is mainly about the optimum conditions of the phytic acid extract from rice bran, removal protein and pigment effect of bentonite on acid extract of rice bran and different impact factors,removal pigment effect of acid modified bentonite on phytic acid solution and impact factors,phytic acid and complex reagents' bacteriostasis and Fresh-Keeping on vegetables and fruits.It is the first application of bentonite to the phytic acid extraction.The main results are as follows:1.Application of precipitation,the optimum conditions of phytic acid extract from rice bran were dilute hydrochloric acid content 1.0%,liquid to solid ratio 8:1,acid extraction time 3~4 h,and in alkaline pH value 7,and Two-step neutralization;Application adsorption,the optimum conditions of phytic acid extract from rice bran are dilute hydrochloric acid content of 1.0%,liquid to solid ratio 8:1,acid extraction time 3~4h,sodium hydroxide solution 2 mol / 1 and elution speed 2 Bv / h.2.the optimum conditions of purifying rice bran acid extract of Jilin Liufangzi' natural bentonite were at room temperature or colder,bentonite dosage 2.0 g/100ml and adsorption time 12 min~15min.At this condition,more than 97 percent of natural pigments and 74 percent of proteins were removed.And the optimum conditions of acid modified bentonite to remove impurities of phytic acid solution were room temperature,acid modified bentonite' dosage 0.6 g/100ml;adsorption time 9 min~12min.At this condition,the removal of the pigment is 96.9 percent.The results showed that removal protein and pigment effect of nature bentonite on acid extract of rice bran was very good;removal pigment effect of acid modified bentonite on phytic acid solution was very good.At the same time,bentonite had not obvious adsorption to phytic acid. 3.Phytic acid solution,citric acid - phytic acid solution,ascorbic acid - phytic acid solution and citric acid - ascorbic acid - phytic acid solution all could inhibit the growth of Fusarium, point to stem mold,Alternaria,and complex reagents had stronger inhibitory effects as a preservative,phytic acid could well keep fresh and primary colours on cucumbers,spinach, celery,coriander,apple,strawberry.The appropriate contents of phytic acid solution on cucumber,leafy vegetables,apple slices,fresh strawberries is 0.6%,0.05%to 0.10%,0.03%to 0.06%,0.4%.additionly,fresh strawberries can also use the 3th complex reagent(Phytic acid 0.4%,citric acid 0.2%and ascorbic acid 0.2%).
