Parameter measurement of shaft parts is an indispensable link when processing shaft parts.There are many types of shaft part parameters,large number of parameters to be measured,and heavy measurement tasks.Traditional measurement methods are difficult to meet the increasing demand of measurement.Machine vision is an emerging technology that integrates optical,mechanical,electrical,and software algorithms.The use of image processing can quickly achieve target defect detection and parameter measurement.This technology has become more and more widely used in the field of industrial inspection.In order to achieve high-efficiency and high-precision measurement of shaft parts parameters,the following researches are carried out in this paper:In this paper,the image acquisition of shaft parts is studied.High contrast and clear contour images can be obtained by using backlight.Shaft parts vertical clamping,image acquisition terminal along the guide rail up and down,conducive to equipment miniaturization;The acquisition station is set at the variable section of the part.After the multi-station image is spliced with high precision,the complete image of the shaft part is obtained.The optical imaging system is studied in this paper.The change of object-image ratio caused by part position deviation is one of the error sources.In this paper,a double telecentric optical system with large depth of field is adopted,and the object image ratio remains unchanged within the range of depth of field,thus greatly reducing the measurement error caused by position deviation.This paper studies the contour localization algorithm.Small contours are the main cause of measurement failure.This paper proposes that the positioning contour and the measurement contour can be set separately.Using the positioning contour to find the measurement contour significantly improves the parameter measurement success rate.In addition,an edge burr attachment processing algorithm is designed in this paper to ensure that the selected contour is complete and effective.In this paper,the parameter measurement algorithm of shaft parts is studied.The parameters of shaft parts are classified,and the measurement algorithms are designed for each parameter type.Based on the above research,a high-efficiency,easy-to-operate shaft parameter measurement system is designed in this paper.The system has a good human-computer interaction interface to realize the creation of measurement tasks.The system can complete the measurement of hundreds of parameters in a few seconds,and judge whether the size is qualified according to the tolerance requirements,and output a statistical result report.Experimental results show that the system has high repeat accuracy and the measurement results are stable and reliable.Finally,the full text is summarized,and the direction of the next research is put forward.
