Oxygen is the most common resource in daily life.If it can be used to produce other products,it will not only have good economic benefits,but also improve resource utilization.The air separation device can separate the oxygen in the air.The oxygen compressor can increase the pressure of oxygen to the pressure value required for the production of other products.The thesis protects the normal startup conditions of the oxygen compressor,normal operation and shutdown protection in an accident state.Describe.The operating state of the oxygen compressor has a great impact on the production of subsequent working conditions.Only by ensuring that the oxygen compressor operates in a normal state can the normal production of methanol from this plant be guaranteed.This paper analyzes the normal start-up of oxygen compressors,sequential interlocking control,anti-surge interlocking control,steam seal pressure control,thermal well level control,and other interlocking protection shutdowns based on the ITCC control system.The paper includes instrument valve selection,determination of hard points,field instrument connection,cabinet configuration,power supply circuit,rack structure,corresponding analog input and output modules,digital input and output modules,speed modules,communication modules,hardware configuration,Process flow chart drawing,software program design,control screen and specific application to complete the control and protection of the oxygen compressor.Among them,most of the control methods are single-loop closed-loop PID control methods.The paper analyzes the protection and control methods of the oxygen compressor.In actual production,such control measures and protection methods can meet the process requirements.Realize important functions such as automatic start of the oxygen compressor and interlock protection stop.The PID closed-loop control is adopted to ensure the stable operation of the oxygen compressor.The corresponding alarm interlock value isset in the program and screen.Taking corresponding parking measures under abnormal operating conditions not only saves human resources,but also protects human and equipment safety.
