Pipeline compressor is the core to realize natural gas long-distance transmission equipment. Compared to the same sort of natural gas compressor, long distance pipeline compressor are installed in the wild, where lack of electricity, the scene is very difficult to provide proper water and electrical conditions, and require a high degree of automation equipment. So, have high requirements for the entire unit, the unit should be safe, reliable and continuous operation cycle is long, and light weight, easy to transport, installation, maintenance and repair, and can realize remote control, the various parameters of timely and accurate detection, alarm and shutdown. So, long distance pipeline compressor control system from the design requirements with powerful strength, to ensure the long-term and stable operation of unit. Fully automatic control of the unit load, unload, load distribution and the surge control.This topic research content mainly includes the following aspects:(1) analysis of the structure and working principle of the long distance pipeline compressor, illustrates the characteristics and monitoring requirements, determine the control content.(2) analyze the structure of the compressor, the complete pipeline compressor gas path system, lubricating oil system, dry gas seal system design, and complete the overall architecture design of pipeline compressor control system.(3) analysis of the control system requirements, choose the suitable hardware meet the needs of the control.(4) analysis of pressure of station process requirement, the order of the design pressure station drive logic.(5) analysis of pressure station process requirement, design of compressed pant of vibration control scheme.In this article expounds the pipeline compressor instrument instrument selection in control system design, the design of I/O list, and the control system hardware design and software design, finally completed the realization of the function of control system and debugging, provides reference for further research of pipeline compressor control.
