At present,the off furnace refining technology is widely used in the world.It can not only improve the quality of steel,but also speed up the production.LF ladle refining furnace has the advantages of low equipment cost and simple operation,and now it has become a representative equipment in the off furnace refining technology,which has been widely used.Electrode regulation is the most important link in the refining process of refining furnace.Electrode regulation directly affects the temperature and composition index in the furnace.Therefore,in order to accurately control the temperature and composition of molten steel,it is necessary to deepen the understanding of electrode control.Based on the research background of a 150 t LF refining furnace in a steel plant,this paper searches for the domestic and foreign literatures on refining furnace steelmaking,and summarizes the development history,process flow and the development status of the electrode control system of the refining furnace at home and abroad.Three common control methods of electrode control in refining furnace are summarized by consulting literature.Through analysis and comparison,the control method of electrode regulation is determined to be constant impedance control.The refining furnace system is nonlinear and time-varying,and there is coupling between the three-phase electrodes of the refining furnace,so the control process is difficult and the effect is poor.The traditional PID controller is simple in structure and can not achieve good control effect for the complex nonlinear control system.In this paper,the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is used to control the electrode system.The fuzzy adaptive PID control can modify the PID parameters by using fuzzy rules.The fuzzy adaptive PID controller takes the error E and the error rate of change EC as the input,which can meet the requirements of self-tuning of PID parameters by E and EC at different times.The simulation platform of electrode control system is established by MATLAB software.The PID control and fuzzy self-adaptive PID control of electrode control system of refining furnace are simulated.The simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control has the advantages of low overshoot and short regulating time in the process ofelectrode regulation of refining furnace,excellent effect in speed and stability,and can make the electrode system achieve the ideal effect.At present,most of the refining furnace control systems in China use PLC as the controller,so this paper constructs the control network structure of the refining furnace electrode control system,completes the hardware selection and configuration of PLC.Finally,the program block of the electrode control system of the refining furnace is explained,and the main screen of the electrode control system of the refining furnace is made in TIA portal.
