| Metallurgical enterprises have a large number of mechanical transmission equipment,in which rolling bearings are widely used as transmission parts.When rolling bearing is abnormal or malfunctioning,it often leads to production line shutdown or equipment accidents.Therefore,timely diagnosis of abnormal or malfunctioning rolling bearing is related to the guarantee of smooth production.Rolling bearing faults are mostly caused by the failure of various components inside the bearing.When the failure occurs,it will be accompanied by one or more fault phenomena such as vibration,abnormal noise,temperature rise,intensified wear and increased energy consumption.Based on the research of envelope demodulation fault diagnosis method for rolling bearing vibration signals of metallurgical equipment,the following work is carried out in this paper:1)By combining literature search with field investigation,we have an in-depth understanding of the operation,use and damage of rolling bearings in rolling mill,blast furnace,converter and other smelting equipment,with the purpose of screening the diagnostic method of rolling bearings suitable for the site of Baotou steel.2)On involving the mechanical fault diagnosis,signal processing,higher mathematics,vibration and so on the characteristics of multi-discipline cross,and combined with the specific situation of the field devices and check staff,by time domain characteristic value calculation method,frequency domain analysis and envelope demodulation analysis the diagnosis method its own characteristics,select suitable for the scene of the rolling bearing diagnosis method,in order to baotou site escort to the safe operation of equipment.3)Thanks to intelligent manufacturing project implementation,after screening the envelope demodulation method is encapsulated in the rolling bearing smart point check gauge wireless sensor unit,to help spot check personnel timely found long products factory roughing mill reducer,the steel pipe company type steel of 120 t converter dust removal fan and other key equipment in the rolling bearing fault,early warning defective equipment,make plan equipment maintenance maintenances staff on site.Based on the theory and method of rolling bearing fault diagnosis,this paper develops rolling bearing fault diagnosis for rolling bearings used in on-site metallurgical equipment.According to the working environment of the factory area,the education level and work accomplishment of the spot check personnel of the field equipment,and the effective rolling bearing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis methods,some minor abnormal changes in the rolling bearing during the production and operation process can be found in time,and "after-the-fact maintenance" can be changed into "planned maintenance" and "predicted maintenance" during the production interval or scheduled maintenance,thus avoiding the expansion of hidden dangers and accidents,which is of great significance to the stability,cost reduction and efficiency increase of Baotou Steel’s production. |
