Research On The Spatiotemporal Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Attention Degree Of Chinese Ecological Civilization Network Based On GTWR Model

With the advent of the era of Internet big data,more and more people get the information they want through the Internet search engine and use it to assist decision-making,leaving a large number of search traces on the network,which are recorded by the Internet search engine.Ecological civilization is the fourth kind of human civilization.With the development of society,more and more people begin to care about ecological civilization and pay attention to the construction of ecological civilization.However,at present,the popularization of ecological civilization awareness is still low.In most parts of China,especially in the remote areas of non capital cities,people's interest in ecological civilization is low,while only a few areas have a strong interest in ecological civilization.In 2013,the former Department of publicity and education of the Ministry of environmental protection carried out the first nationwide survey of public awareness of ecological civilization.The main conclusion of this survey is that the level of urban residents' awareness of ecological civilization is higher than that of farmers;the main channels for teenagers to obtain information about ecological civilization are the Internet,etc.However,there are some shortcomings in this way of questionnaire survey,such as difficult to quantify the data obtained and no obvious comparability.However,it reveals that the Internet is the main channel for young people to obtain ecological civilization information.Therefore,based on Baidu Index search platform,taking "ecological civilization" as the key word,taking 31 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)and361 cities as the research areas,this paper obtains the daily network attention(user attention)from January 1,2011 to December 31,2018 as the research object,summarizes the previous studies on ecological civilization,and carries out the Ecological Civilization Network attention The spatial autocorrelation and aggregation of the attention degree of Ecological Civilization Network and the difference between the attention degree of Ecological Civilization Network and the spatial correlation of network information publicity are studied by means of geographic concentration index,global Moran index and bivariate local Moran index.On this basis,a spatiotemporal geographic weighted regression model(GTWR)is constructed to study the scale and city of provincial administrative regions The influencing factors of Ecological Civilization Network attention at the level of administrative region.Themain conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.From the perspective of time,it is found that the attention of Ecological Civilization Network in most provinces and cities in China increased suddenly from2012 to 2013,and gradually decreased from 2015 to 2016,and then increased year by year.From the perspective of space,it is found that the degree of attention of Ecological Civilization Network in different regions of China can be ranked in the following order: eastern region > central region > Northeast region > Northwest Region > Southwest region,among which,municipalities directly under the central government,provincial capitals and eastern coastal areas are the highest,and the top10 provinces with the highest degree of attention are Beijing,Guangdong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Shandong,Henan,Hubei and four provinces respectively Sichuan,Fujian,Guizhou,western regions such as Tibet,Ningxia,Qinghai,Gansu,Xinjiang and other provinces have low attention.2.Spatial relevance,agglomeration and spatial relevance with network information publicity.It is found that at the spatial level of the city,the attention degree of ecological civilization network has a low spatial positive correlation,but the degree of agglomeration is not high at the provincial spatial level,while most of the cities at the spatial level of the city have a low degree of attention and agglomeration,and the cities with high attention degree are less.At the same time,the national ecological civilization information index shows a spatial pattern of "strong in the East and weak in the west".The ecological civilization information index of municipalities directly under the central government,provincial capitals and some economically developed cities in the East and central China is relatively high,while the ecological civilization information index of cities in the west is relatively low,and the Ecological Civilization Network attention and network information publicity have a relatively low positive spatial correlation,but most cities no significant spatial correlation.3.The influencing factors of the attention degree of Ecological Civilization Network on the scale of provincial administrative region and municipal administrative region.After constructing the spatiotemporal and geographical weighted regression model,it is found that there is a significant correlation between the provincial and municipal administrative scales on the overall attention of ecological civilization network,which is the population scale,regional economic development level,regional Internet development level,and other influencing factors have significant spatiotemporal differences on the attention of ecological civilization network.
