As the pillar industry of China's national economy,the iron and steel industry is a basic industry related to national livelihood and has played an irreplaceable role in the modernization of China's industrial industry.At present,the informatization of iron and steel enterprises has formed a five-level architecture mode.In the era of Industrial Internet 4.0,data is the most important resource of iron and steel enterprises,which is the basis for enterprises to move toward to intelligent manufacturing.Based the NMP process information model,this article proposes a multi-source data aggregation method suitable for data integration of each system in the iron and steel enterprise,a data processing platform is developed and applied in a steel enterprise.1.Through data processing and analysis of secondary level systems,manufacturing execution systems,energy management systems,inspection and testing systems,and quality systems of iron and steel enterprises,it is believed that the data of each information system can be processed through a data processing mode data platform,which can serves all information application systems.2.Through analyzing the production process of iron and steel enterprises and different types of data of various systems,the characteristics of the data of iron and steel enterprises are analyzed.Based on the NMP process information model,and the concepts of node,materials and property,a multi-source data processing solution is proposed,which is the foundation for the data platform architecture.3.Based on various data processing requirements,different functional modules are designed in the data platform.After the data is collected,it is filtered by the filtering module,and the real-time data is compressed by the lossy compression algorithm,and stored in the relational database through the data storage module;for the time series data,it is compressed by the losslesscompression algorithm and stored in the time series data file system.The data subscription module subscribes to the data and pushes the data information to the data subscriber in time.4.The user can configure the flexible use of data through the browser template,including data graphics drawing,report browsing and other functions,real-time monitoring of the production process.5.The data platform is applied to an energy management project of an iron and steel enterprise.Through the data platform designed by this subject,the energy data and environmental protection data of each branch can be collected,processed,stored,and report browsed,and the energy consumption can be monitored in real time.Energy information system improves the economic efficiency of enterprises.
