As one of the most important building materials in national economic construction,cement is widely used in many fields such as infrastructure,real estate,and national defense.More and more businesses in cement companies have realized information transformation.Considering that there are many subsystems in the Comprehensive Data Management Platform of the Cement Group and the data presents diverse and complex characteristics,exploring the supporting technologies of multi-service systems such as integration,information exchange and collaborative management is of great significance for cement companies to achieve transformation and upgrade and create an intelligent system.The data service subsystem studied in this paper is an important subsystem of the Comprehensive Data Management Platform of the Cement Group,which provides real-time,accurate and complete data service guarantee for the management platform.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)This paper studies the functional structure of the Comprehensive Data Management Platform of the Cement Group,analyzes the main functions and data relations among its data acquisition subsystem,data storage subsystem and client subsystem.On this basis,the requirements of data service subsystem are analyzed from two aspects of functionality and nonfunctionality.At the same time,in-depth study and analysis of key technologies such as Web Service technology,multi-threading technology and Redis technology in the system is conducted.(2)Complete the overall design of data service subsystem.The data service subsystem is divided into three main functional modules: real-time data transmission module,historical data synchronization module and third-party system data exchange module.The real-time data transmission module provides a unified real-time data service for the management platform;the historical data synchronization module is responsible for the data synchronization between the group data center and the data centers of each subsidiary;the third-party system data exchange module is responsible for the data exchange between the management platform and the third-party system in a common data format.(3)Complete the detailed design and coding of data service subsystem.The real-time data transmission module includes the functions of cache,acquisition,compression,reception and transmission;the historical data synchronization module includes the sub modules of serialization and cache,acquisition,compression,reception and storage,transmission and breakpoint continuous transmission;the business system connected by the third-party system data exchange module mainly includes the intelligent logistics system,equipment monitoring system,intelligent equipment point inspection system and Mobile app client system.This system uses Microsoft.Net framework as the development platform,SQL Server 2012,visual studio 2012 and other development environments to complete the system development.The system has been deployed in a large-scale building materials group,which has achieved the expected goals and achieved good operating results.
