In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economic construction and the improvement of people’s living standards,the scale of production and operation of China’s construction enterprises has continued to expand.Uncertain factors such as increased difficulty in engineering construction and hidden safety hazards have increased.Therefore,the difficulty in engineering construction safety control has gradually increased,and safety accidents have occurred from time to time.Faced with such a severe industry security situation,how to use advanced information technology to reduce the accident rate of building safety,from passive to active,to achieve scientific safety control has gradually become a new hotspot in building safety research.Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper integrates BIM,computer programming and other technical methods into construction safety management and control based on construction safety management theory,and conducts the following research and discussion:First,by analyzing the types of construction safety accidents in China in recent years,the top four types of accident rates are summarized,and the causes of various types of accidents are further analyzed.The major and difficult points of construction safety management are summarized,and safety accidents and management controls are analyzed.The basic relationship of BIM technology is brought into play,and the basic ideas for solving construction safety management and control problems are put forward.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research and practical discussion,a construction safety management and control system based on BIM technology was proposed,and the system’s construction ideas,system functions,and structure were analyzed,and the system was divided into construction site safety management and control methods and construction site safety.Three major functional modules for detection and control and data management.At the same time,through the secondary development of Revit and the basic software Fuzo,etc.,further research and discussion on scaffolding,hoisting construction simulation,screening of tall supporting molds,protection of border openings,safety warning,and data information management were further studied and discussed.Preventive and pre-control measures are formulated for potential safety hazards during construction,which improves the efficiency of safety management and control.Finally,the built system is tested in combination with actual engineering cases,and specific operations are performed in accordance with the system’s functions and processes to verify whether the expected functions can be achieved.The operation results prove the feasibility and reliability of the system and verify that the system can Provide effective technical support for safety management and control.
