The traditional rice soil seedling is greatly influenced by the seedling soil,so the main development direction of rice seedling production is the substrate seedling mode with peat as the main component.Peat,as a natural product,is non renewable. Therefore,it has become a new research hotspot to find new materials to replace peat in the production of seedling substrate. In this paper, corn straw and coal gangue were used as raw materials, and six substrate gradients were set up according to the volume ratio of 1% Na OH treated and untreated corn straw and coal gangue respectively to carry out rice seedling growth experiments.Meanwhile, commercial substrate(CK)was used as the control,in order to provide the best substrate ratio for rice seedling growth. The substrate suitable for rice growth was leached and compacted Compared with the peat, the buffer capacity, fertilizer retention and nutrient absorption of rice seedling were studied. The experimental results show that:1)After Na OH pretreatment, the composting and fermentation process of corn straw can be completed in 25 days. The surface of corn straw after composting and fermentation is seriously broken and the porosity is increased, which is 10.53% lower than that of corn straw without Na OH pretreatment, and the hemicellulose is 25.49% lower than that of corn straw without Na OH pretreatment, but the composting and fermentation process of corn straw without Na OH pretreatment can not be realized The content of cellulose and hemicellulose decreased slightly.2)After the mixture of corn straw and coal gangue without Na OH pretreatment, the emergence rate of rice is less than 70%,which is not suitable to be used as rice seedling substrate;when the ratio of corn straw and coal gangue with Na OH pretreatment is 54:36:10,the above ground dry weight, underground dry weight and strong seedling index of rice seedling are the highest, and the chlorophyll content of leaf is the largest, which is higher than CK respectively 50.5%,68.5%,69.4% and 8.3% respectively;when corn straw: gangue: Perlite = 63:27:10,the leaf age process of rice is the shortest, and the rhizome is the thickest, which shows that the two ratios can replace peat to produce rice seedling matrix.3)In the experiments of matrix leaching and rice growth leaching,T1-2 and t1-3 have better buffer and fertilizer retention than peat,in which the total nitrogen loss of T1-2 is 6.53% less than peat and the total phosphorus is 3.67% less than peat;the total nitrogen loss of t1-3 is 3.55% less than peat and the total phosphorus is 10.49% less than peat;the retention of T-2 to base ions is better than t1-3 and peat, but t1-3 is better than peat in rice growth leaching The nutrient absorbed by rice seedling is more than T1-2,and the growth of rice seedling is better.4)The cost input of T1-2 and t1-3 is 382.12 yuan / ton and 399.12 yuan / ton respectively, which are lower than the average market price of 800 yuan / ton.The consumption of raw materials for the two treatments is not large, but because of their development space, they can be widely used.In conclusion,t1-3(corn straw: coal gangue: Perlite = 54:36:10)is more suitable for rice seedling.
