Research On Safety Management Evaluation Of High-rise Building Projects

In China's urbanization construction,high-rise building projects are developing fastest.The construction characteristics of high-rise building projects are notable,such as large-scale project,long construction time,high technical difficulty,high construction frequency,and complicated operating environment.Because of rapid development and its own characteristics,there are many safety management problems in the construction process of high-rise building projects.These problems may lead to safety accidents.Evaluating the safety management status of high-rise building projects is one of the ways to ensure the effectiveness of project safety management and prevent safety accidents.This article first analyzes and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the safety management and safety management evaluation of construction projects,and determines the main research content and research route for safety management evaluation of high-rise building projects.Secondly,the relevant theoretical basis is expounded,and the definition of high-rise buildings,safety accidents and hazard sources,as well as the concepts,characteristics and evaluation methods of safety management and safety management evaluation are clarified.Analyze the current status of high-rise building project safety management again,and summarize the influencing factors of high-rise building project safety management based on the management element theory.Then build a safety management evaluation model for high-rise building projects.Starting from the five aspects of personnel,materials,major hazards,management,and environment,establish an evaluation index system for the safety management evaluation of high-rise building projects.And use the network analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for fuzzy evaluation.Finally,the high-rise building project safety management evaluation model is used to empirically study the actual high-rise residential project cases.This paper presents a research method that can be applied to the safety management evaluation of high-rise building projects.This method can be used to conduct safety management evaluation of actual projects and understand the actual status of project safety management,thereby reducing the probability of accidents and reducing various losses.
